Spent a family vacation from 6/27/21. Can't say enough about the kindness of the night lady from Jamaica (wished I can remember her name) she was the reason we got adjoining Rooms for our family. My only complaint was house keeping. Did not clean the tub. Forgot a tablet in the room called to see if it was returned never got a call back. Very

Does this place even exist? My husband and I booked a room and we never got a confirmation. We’ve both tried calling for about an hour to make sure our reservation was solidified, with no answer. The phone options lead to the same place no matter what number you hit. Ridiculous

For $99/night…. Yes! It is 7 minutes from the Tampa airport and beautifully located on the causeway.

But this property is tired. Tired.
$167 per night is …. No.

I didn’t even want to shower in the bathroom because of the condition of the fixtures and the tile. I was leaving early the next morning to stay with family, so opted to wait.

The tv channels were limited. No premium, certainly.

There was no TV guide or channel guide.
No paper in the drawer even, for me to write down a phone number.

The floors had sand on them.

The Air conditioner rattled all night.

None of this is significant for three-star property were they not charging 167 per night, which is outrageous for a property in this condition.

We’re at $99 or 129, that would be much more reasonable and appropriate for the condition of this room. I probably will not be back.

I'll start by saying it's completely over priced. I paid $650 for 2 days in a suite that had dead bugs on the wall, a rusted bathrub/rails and faucet, a tub that would not drain and 0 service. I asked for a new room, no one came I asked for a cover and water and both times had to go stand in line at the front desk for 30 mins. They have 2 elevators for 3000 or more people. Last but not least the music was not for everybody and the pool is so small. I guess the view was what I was charged for but even then it's overpriceddddd.

NO room service for our 5 day stay. No fresh towels, no beds made, no trash taken out. NOTHING! We spoke to the front desk each day and still nothing. Even spoke to the house keeper on Friday and she said we were next. Still nothing.

Stayed for 4 nights 5 days. Room service never came.even when requesting from both front desk an the room service themselves. When entering the room for the first time, first impressions are not important. Feels more like a motel near the water. I’m sooo disappointed. Pictures are not what you get.service is none existent. Book if you want.at the end you’ll remember this review

Beautiful sunset, nice's places and location. The breakfast was delicious and the menu from the hotel es not expensive at all

This is a clean and new looking hotel. The clientele here seemed to be quality and decent, the parking lot is partitioned in a wierd way but overall lit enough and seemingly safe. Nice views from the balcony.

Hotel was clean for the most part. Room was decent size and decor was OK. Check in was fast and parking is free and free WiFi.

Initial service was fine and the room was clean, but we had no hot water in the morning and had to travel 10 hours w/o a shower because of it. I didn't have time to file a complaint in the morning, but when I followed up the next day, the hotel all but ignored my complaint. No matter how nice a room is, it doesn't matter if you can't take a shower. And once they had our money they didn't care about it. It goes to show the type of business they are running. I won't be back.

Great value, view of bay and service! Cafe Coffee bar attendant was exceptional as was front desk in accommodating our group.

If I could put less I would. We are staying here 4 days for business. They put $100 hold (over the amount for the room) for "incidentals" ridiculous and BS because we only have so much in per diem. So the funds to cover for the next 4 days are now cut in half. What the hell.they already have our credit card.what do they think we're gonna leave with their cheap towels or freakish huge lamp. SMH

They require a $100 hold even when paying with a credit card. Ridiculous.we’re here for business. Will never stay here again or recommend it. Could have stayed somewhere nicer without an extra hold on our cc

The gym is nowhere near clean with old and rusted Equipment. Rooms are not as showing on the website they are a little more beat up. This hotel had me ask myself why are there so many employees push cleaning carts all day and night and the hotel still like dirty just didn’t get it. The pool was even dirty a lot of stuff was sitting at the bottom. I can say the view from the hotel is beautiful

Upon arrival there was a half used body wash, fecal matter down the toilet, dirt on headboards, decent layer of dust on side tables next to the bed, debris around the bed, and hair in the shower.
Problems were promised to be fixed at 10am next morning and cleaning services never showed.

At 10: 20 I went down to the front desk and asked for cleaning services.

Arrived back at the hotel around 4: 15.
House keeping was in the hallway at that time.
Walked into the room and the bed was not fully tucked, and all of the previous problems were still never touched. The only thing that you can tell housekeeping did was empty the trash and even then they left trash around the tin as if they spilled it over.

At this time a manager came into our room and spoke in Spanish to the staff to have them clean the room.
They were not done cleaning until 6: 35, I watched the sun set almost all the way before they were done. Everything looked fine.

While getting into bed we realized we didn't have a blanket. After going to the front desk we are told that there are no more bed blankets and that there is only enough for one per room right now.

The door to the maintenance closet next to our room is wide open blatantly displying our old blanket on the cleaning cart that was used for our room. It should have been washed and brought back. Instead it looks like it was purposely left there. I was only having a good time when we were not at the hotel.

Beautiful establishment, breakfast amazing, beautiful bay view, but unfortunately I had a horrible experience they overbooked so they put my family into a king room, where myself and 2 kids and husband had to share a king bed not a great night at all no sleep whatsoever. Manager had promised to switch us out the next morning to a double bed room, which next morning I went down to confirm that it would be ready and clean when I came back from our day at eh beach and it was confirmed would be the bedroom next door. When I returned they gave me the room key to the room next door, when I opened the room door, it was not clean, no one had gone in to get it ready to be used, it was so upsetting. I was already tired from our trip and the horrible night before of no sleep (nevermind that it was karokee night and it we could hear everything and it was almost midnight and they were still very loud). Went down to report and possibly get another room, the manager of the night was not the same from the other night and told us that what the other manager did was not ok and that they did not have any other rooms available. After going back and fourth they finally got us a double bed room to city view (which I didn't care I just wanted 2 beds to be able to sleep). When we finally switched rooms, we got settled in and the bathroom was not cleaned well (as well as from the last room had feces residue in the toilet, good thing I carry a Tilex bottle for these instances to have to clean) and you would only be able to have one flush because there was no more water to flush your next use. It was just ridiculous, floors were dirty, just horrible. The room seemed overall clean expect for the bathroom like I mentioned above, the bathtub shower as well dirty and old not well renovated. Beds were full size bed and squeaky and not firm, did not get a good sleep at all even switching out beds. It was an overall worst experience ever of hotels that I had stayed. They were understaffed in every part of the hotel, the bar, maintenance, and housekeeping. It's just sad because the hotel has so much potential and I do understand that they are renovating, and well having it open during renovations and not having enough people to serve your customers just makes the whole experience horrible. Worst ever and I feel bad for the employees they were inexperienced and overworked. Would not recommend this place at all.

Horrible service! I would give them a 0 if I could on service

The hotel itself has potential but definitely need a lot of work for service

First hour there a hair was in one of our salad dressings. By the time we got the dressing, the meals were done

Room was good but there was some glass on the balcony. Did not think it was annoying as I would tell them when they cleaned the next day but unfortunately our room did not get service once! WE WERE THERE FOR 3 NIGHTS AND DID NOT GET OUR ROOM CLEANED ONCE. I would have to call just to get a towel or shampoo. Despite how many times I called, the managers seemed to pretend to care but nothing would get done NOTHING AT ALL

finally Yana at th front desk was the only person to seemed to care but here I am a month later still dealing with “promises” they made us to fix things

They obviously do not care about client service so for a hotel that is trying to rebrand, not off to a good start at all

The evelvators barely work so be prepared to take th stairs

Shuttle service is a good service but with only one shuttle they are overworked and the wait times are far too long

Let’s see if they will finally go through with their “promises”

If I could give a big fat Zero. I would! They ran my credit card the day of booking and of course didn't have actual card and being from different county so it declined.they sent me a message and I tried to update credit card info and again they got the same result. I did try to make it good but I was packing and going to airport so when I got to my email while waiting for flight they had cancelled ny reservation and booked all rooms.so being March break I had NO WHERE TO GO. That is cheap and reckless.if I did try to reach out that would be different but they should of cared a bit more about there customers. I could of shown up and had no where to sleep.rediculous!

When we first walked in, the lobby smelled of smoke (people smoking on the property outside) Check in was okay. We went up to our room and realized that only one elevator worked and it was very small. We ended up taking the stairs although it was outdated and reeked of a indescribable stench. Our room was pretty nice with a charming balcony but the door was a little broken (It wouldn't close all the way unless we pushed it harder then usual)
It was pretty loud, especially at nights and the jet skis constantly revving their engines wasn't a very pleasant background noise. We visited the hotel restaurant and they had a nice server and freshly made donuts. I won't go back there again.
