The Home Depot, Orlando FL

Josh and Samantha the store manager gave me bad experience. As pro account and buying large quatities. They refused to give discount for pro as other stores did.
I showed here latest invouces from three different stores and she insisted on her price!
Very disappointed!

Two weeks in a row I went to the tool rental department and asked if they had a 35 foot boom lift available for next day and both times the employee said yes. The next day when I went to pick up they told me all five lifts had battery issues. I have a business to run and this put me in a negative situation. Glad I sold my HD stock, this department has no urgency to provide for their customers.

Well, what do you know? One time they don't have exactly what I needed. But the staff made up for it by being SO nice and SO helpful. And there are always amazing things to see and give you ideas for another project!

Great service and the most interesting employee ever. He deserves employee of the month or even hear in my opinion!

Awful shopping experience I went there to find some cheap fancy but most of the stuff in their Garden area is not even tagged how can you sell id there is no price tag on the merchandise.

They do have a Good selection mostly at a good price. Yet they ONLY do MILITARY DISCOUNTS for certain types of military, which is unlike LOWE'S WHO TAKE ALL MILITARY DISCOUNTS ON THEIR PURCHASES. SO WHY DOESN'T HOME DEPOT HONOR ALL MILITARY?
THAT BOTHERS ME.

Terrible place to check out. They have 2 self checkout lines open and 8 closed self checkout lines closed. I'm going to Lowe's till they fix that.

Your tool rental associate, Dawn, quickly took ownership of an equipment oversight from another associate the previous night. She offered helpful suggestions on the use of the floor sander and kept me working and productive. Her knowledge and customer service is rare to find in today's world of the average Big Box Store indifference. You have a great team at the Winter Park Florida store!

Thank you for your prompt help and helpful suggestions.i was in search of a multi pack of LED light with the metal prongs at the bottom and the store only sells singles at $5.37 and I needed 10 bulbs. With your smart suggestions I was able to get the regular LED light bulbs and the adapter to work with the prongs.so it will save me money in the long run. Thank you so much. I will for sure be back to visit. *This was my first visit to this store

This has to be the worst home Depot due to traffic, limited parking and everything about this store seems out of place and crowded. I had to park at racetrack and tow all my materials to the van it's because there's no room to even bring the van in. Bad place to pick up stuff if your in a hurry.

Very messy. No one to assist with finding items. A lot of items out of stock in the roofing section. So much stuff in the aisle you cant get to the rack.

Lady selling hot dogs out front. They are really good.we got one after exchanging a very ugly lamp shade.

The worst customer service of all the home Depot I shop at. Return service very unpleasant. I was mocked because of my voice. I was almost decapitated. I whisper when I speak.

Horrible experience. Website states store takes manufacturer's coupons. Get to the register with my cart full of cleaning supplies. Hand over coupons and Assistant managers at this location say they do not accept manufacturer coupons. Waste of time. Don't go to this location if you intend on using a coupon.

The store itself is a great. No complaints. But, don't get anything delivered! They use a service call Ralph's Transfer Company Inc. They are awful and rude. I waited two weeks for a refrigerator. Long story short, they delivered outside of the promised time window and now I've got wait another week. And they're rude about it. Go to Lowe's if you want a delivery. At least they do their own deliveries instead of using a company that couldn't care less about your purchase. I'm giving HD three stars because the handled it well when I called to complain. But, before I give 5 stars they really need to get rid of that delivery service.

Very pleased with the service this Home Depot has provided. We have been there over the past few days preparing for the hurricane, they have shown great organization and has been very prepared for this event having plenty of supplies. It has made sure our community has all their needs to be safe. Thank you Home Depot and all staff on Lee Road in Winter Park!

Service desk employee Pam is THE BEST! Seriously the only one in a long chain of HD.com & appliance distributor & delivery employees that truly helped me with a frustrating appliance purchase situation. Her attitude and follow up were amazing!

We went there today to buy a grill and it was as if they wanted us to go somewhere else to get it. They were not knowledgeable about the different types of grills, had no idea about how delivery and assembly works, basically were as unhelpful as possible. We will be ordering online or going to another store. Extremely disappointed.
