Is that really worth losing the business of their future customer?
I hope they take a look at my credit card to see how much I have spent here over the last year because those are the last dollars they will receive from me!
I am so disappointed they told me on the phone I would get it
Now I am here to collect AFTER they got my purchase and they cannot make good on a promise given to a customer
Rented a box truck here. On the 2nd to last trip it rained and the trucked leaked. Went back to this store (cause we got the truck from here) and told them and wanted another truck/van so we could move the next last load of valuable clothes. Was asked why didn't we call, take photos etc like we are cheating them! In the end only got some money back, and a horrible experience! I've rented from home depot before but never again at this location. Horrible customer service!
Always find what I need here. Always get assistance when needed. Customer Service is top notch. Highly Recommend!
