The Lens Depot, Oviedo FL

Horrible customer service. Traveling through Florida and was in desperate need of a card reader. They refused to allow me to rent a card reader without renting an entire camera package with it. After expressing my concerns and saying I would even pay extra, the agent just straight up hung up on me.

Great selection, friendly staff, very easy to get a rental, quick in and out. Unfortunately don't work on the weekends, so have to reschedule my shoots around.

I rented 2 flash units with pickup in Tampa. Both offices were EXTREMELY courteous, answering lots of technical questions from me. Pickup and dropoff was super simple and they even offered to work with me on returning my equipment early when Hurricane Harvey cancelled my photoshoot/trip to Texas. Great customer service, quality equipment and I will be returning. Surprise credit at the end of my purchase wasn't bad either! Thanks guys.

Wouldn't let me rent from them because I have a state ID instead of a license due to health issues. They are the same level of ID seeing you get either from the DMV. Way to discriminate against people who are ill

I would highly recommend using this company. I called several times with questions and they were very friendly and helped me pick the right equipment to rent. They made everything from receiving to returning the products very easy. I was very pleased with my rentals and would use them again.
