The Oar House, Pensacola FL

One of our family's favorite spots to go to. It is outside, however there is always a great Breeze and wonderful views. Fish tacos were excellent and the kids meals were perfect in proportions and price.

Most visits are always great. There have been times when as adults you just want to relax, have a good meal and but wait for it. A family of screaming out of control children are parked near your table. Well! It is a family place too.

Cool place to eat on the water. Outside activities like sand volleyball. Open air bar and seating. Great food

Delicious food! I bring everyone who visits pcola to the Oar House if it isn’t tourist season. In the summer, it’s hard to get a seat here on a weekend evening. But I love this place the rest of the year!

The food here is fabulous! You can sometimes catch the BLUES flying. I recommend the Bang Bang shrimp as an appetizer. There can be long wait during peak times but the food is worth the wait. Great fried shrimp, cheese grits and green beans. They have sand volleyball courts. All dining is outside but there is shade.

Hidden little secret right on the water. Food was good, service was very good. Loved the atmosphere. This is also a great place to go for lunch on a Tuesday or Wednesday, you can see the Blue Angels practice in the distance. Just watching the huge fish around the dock and beautiful boats go by is also nice to do while you enjoy your meal. Great place for photo taking, they have a few props to make it even more fun.

When people ask "Where should we go eat? " This place is always my answer! It has always been AH-MAZING!

We came at sunset and sat near the water. It just made the whole experience! Prices are very fair, too.

Myself and some of my co workers ate lunch here. We loved the food. My husband and I eat here often. We have always had great food. Love the food and scenery.

I'm obsessed with the Oar house nachos. I like the environment and I've yet to have a bad bartender or server. I don't know who the cooks are but the food here is delicious! Five stars easy!

An open air marina restaurant with various choices of grouper, shrimp, or chicken. People rave about hush puppies and they were good. Good place for families and very, very casual.

Loved it. We had a thirty minute wait but that was no problem they have games to play in the sandy beach area, volleyball, cornehole, and ping pong.
We got a table by the water and enjoyed boats moving in and out of the docks. The food was great service was excellent.
I will be back.

Food was great. You get what you pay for. The atmosphere is so relaxing, it's great right on the water.

Great service and friendly staff here whether you come for drinks, food, or just to play some volleyball. Court is nice, and usually you can find some time to play. Occasionally the bar will put out the league night water jug even for pick up on the weekends which was excellent. Food and drinks are delicious. A great stop on the way home from the beach.

Love the atmosphere and the food was excellent. Our waiter stayed on top of things. Can't wait to go back.

Food is always good but the service and wait time is atrocious. Waited 10 minutes before we got our drink orders in. Then waited over 45 minutes for our food. This is the case EVERY time i have been here. If you're hungry then expect to stay hungry for at least an hour. I've ordered many items and its all pretty good including shrimp, sandwiches, calamari, fish, salad. The kitchen staff looks haggard and disorganized. The waiters always seem stressed and aloof. Really cool location.

It's of fun for kids and adults, games, great menu!

Food was good. Service was friendly but really slow. Waited a long time for a specific table and the restaurant still put us somewhere else. This is a place best meant for getting a drink on a weekend night.

Good short order foods in a casual atmosphere. Open dining under roof without windows. Plenty of parking for cars and several spots for boats to dock on first-come-first-served. Reasonable prices and good selection. Plenty of deals on food and drink. Full bar.
