22The location isn’t printing of any kind and the front desk associate wasn’t unhelpful, rude, not wearing mask as required by the city. I would not recommend this location.
Very unhelpful and can't even accept a simple package. The lady was also extremely rude.

Great service. Very friendly owners. I am so happy with this business. All my packages get to me. As opposed to other mail institutions who are always trying to "fix the issue". At this UPS store there is nothing broken to fix. They are great.

Can anyone give me a reason as TO WHY the computer has been broken for more than 3 weeks?
I went there with a lot of packages and I was not able to print the labels. I was frustrated and the employees were very rude and unprofessional.
They asked me to forward my email to them. I refuse to do it because it compromises my personal privacy.wouldn't be easier for them to fix the computer?
I has been calling many times and the computer is still broken. WHY? Do you want to lose your customers? Or maybe you enjoy reading bad reviews. You have plenty.
The employees are very, very rude. The lady smokes outside by the door. She is not helpful at all. The guy always with bad mood.
They close at 7: 00, but they do not receive any package after 6: 00 even though the store is empty. Maybe it is smoking time.
I went to UPS in Coral Way. What a great experience. Very good customer service! And you know what? They smile to me!
Their computer hasn’t been working for 3 weeks and every time I call they just say sorry and try to hang up as fast as possible. Finally, I spoke to the owner today and he says “it’s not my fault if a customer breaks the computer”, which just shows a lack of professionalism. They’re so cheap, one time I forgot my tape at home and a lady who works there wouldn’t even offer a piece of small tape. This is the worst UPS in Miami with the rudest staff.
The gentleman was perfectly attentive, and patient with me as I tried to send my shipping label through email. Took me a couple of tries because of my internet/WiFi connection, but Enrique was always polite and courteous. I know I can go back to this store for anything I need.
Charged me 3$ to print a shipping label they were supposed to provide me for free by scanning my phone.but I guess the owners are just too old to know how to do that so they charged me to print instead. Scam. Terrible costumer service!

Extremely unhelpful, needed a box but was told that they didn't have any even though they were an official UPS Store. Had to go out of my way and lose time to find another one where they did help.
Silvia Browne, please evaluate the staff that are working for you. The red headed elderly lady completely skipped me when a man walked into the store on 12/ 27/17. I expected more and received less. Im highly dissapointed. Avoid this store.
Staff is incompetent. Went to get my passport notarized. Took her three failed attempts to correctly spell this statement, "I certify this to be a true copy of the original". I got discouraged and left to find a more competent notary public official.
Terrible service, very unfriendly. We asked to email a document for them to print, I do this all over the country with great service, however this guy not only was not helpful but he was outright rude.

Do not patronize this business. All I had to do was place one piece of 12" tape to close a box and the girl working provided rudest customer service I have ever experienced had the audacity to charge $2.14 for a piece of tape. I took my business elsewhere. An entire roll can be purchased for a lower price. As a shred of human decency any shipping supply store should offer this as a courtesy to its customers! I ship fairy often and will never come to this UPS store.
The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced in UPS Stores. Shame on you. The staff were mean and rush.
The young lady at the desk was very vague and rude. I was inquiring about a box and not only did the sign say free parking but you have to pay for the parking over 30 minutes. To make the matter worse the employees backed it up with a bad attitude at this UPS store. I would never have a box at this location.
Our office has always used a Fedex account as well as the Fedex office in Midtown and hated it. After this UPS office opened we've had such a great experience there that we opened an UPS account and stopped using the Fedex account.
Very friendly and helpful staff! And best of all our dogs can go with us to drop-off boxes! Theses guys won our business!
I was charged $3 for tape. And the guy tells me to pay for the tape after he closed my box. 2strips of tape to close a box and I was charged $3! I have never been charged for tape unless I was buying the roll from them. Never going to this UPS store ever again!
Received poor customer service from the staff and the owner. Was not informed of additional charges before they were added on to my order. When I asked the owner/manager about this he told me if I did not like it "I could take my business elsewhere. " Never been treated so rudely before by an owner. My company will definitely be sure to heed his advice and bring our business elsewhere.
Expansive as always, but the guy Sammy I think is his name was very helpful, went above and beyond
I went in there to print two copies. The USB printer didn't work, even with the clerk's assistance. I was redirected to the computer- printed okay from there. The clerk charged me the $2 minimum for the computer AND the $2 for the junk printer that didn't work. It was almost $5 for two copies.
