The only person who was in the store was smoking outside, and i ask for some tape because i though enough that I didn't use enough and he was so rude, you have to improve your customer service.

Check your mail when picking up mail. I've gotten wrong mail many times. It is a convenient location. My only gripe is they need to take more time sorting mail. I understand they get a large volume but you never know if there is a dishonest box owner who would keep an expensive item ordered online that was misdelivered. They are helpful when I forget my key
