Had a large box to ship and was in and out very quickly. Woman behind counter was pleasant and efficient. Wonderful experience.

Received inaccurate information on services for 2 weeks straight, finally got an answer that they couldn't help me and person on the phone was rude and defensive. Go find another store with better staff.

I forgot ladies name who helped me but it was few days ago in the afternoon. She got me in and out so fast plus helped another customer same time. She was super nice, super quick, and super helpful. So because of her I give it 5 stars. I don't give feedback ever, but this customer service deserved it

I drive out of my way to come to this location. They are always super fast, nice and easy. I was returning 7 items to Amazon. Took me 2 min to return everything and I could do my passport pictures at the same time. Thank u again

Outstanding customer service! I got to the store 5 minutes before closing and the staff at this location went above and beyond for me. I was able to get my project printed, carefully packaged and they help me ship it out the same night so I could meet the deadline with my customer, despite UPS having already picked up. Everything got to my customer in perfect condition. Thank YOU!

Everyone there is very friendly. I needed to ship a large painting to Texas and they packaged it, offered me different options for shipping. The package got there safely and I'm happy with the service.

Extremely rude service. The old man who opens the store has no manners, doesn’t let people speak. He is rushed, impatient and rude!

Full service location, with emphasis on "Service". Always competent and willingness to go that extra mile. Usually deal with Ferenec (get it done kinda guy) who is extremely patient and knowledgeable.

Extremely rude customer service. I just left and was rushed out the door by this old Latin man. He demanded I pay for taping despite the fact I have never paid for tape at this location before. He pushed my box off the counter and shooed my out the door. I will be calling corporate.

Very rude sales people. She demanded I pay before service was provided $1 to tape a box for amazon return and then refused to provide service felt very racist compared to the way she spoke to other customers.
