The UPS Store, Davie FL

As a small business owner it's refreshing to have somewhere to go to where every staff member can address all my needs in one trip. Great and friendly staff and highly professional people. And never a long wait like at the bigger chain office supply next door.

Poor Customer Service. There's a lady working now Tuesday 26,3: 11 PM which apparently has no sense of customer service. She's Been rude and raising her voice which there's no need for. Dropped off some boxes last night and left confident the packages will be picked up during the day at least that's what I understood from the person who received the boxes. But Nop, apparently the stock the boxes for a whole day before shipping them.

I have been a customer since day 1, great people to do business with, excellent personable service, low rates, easy access with great store hours.

I was dropping off a 60 lbs box around 20x20x20, a short white guy from the store helped me pull it out of my car and put it on the counter to then tell me it was too large & heavy and he couldn't receive it giving me an attitude. He didn't help me put it back in the car and kept yelling me that it was too heavy for him to take it.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Good customer service best stuff to deal with it have po box there over 5 years and I really happy with the service

Boo! These guys charged me $3 to print an Amazon return label, sheesh.

Go to the store at University and Griffin instead! They are way nicer and only charge a $1, sometimes not at all for Amazon returns.

The UPS Store at State Road 84 has staff that is always friendly and knowledgeable. They are always smiling and patient. I've been with them a long time and only stopped service because I was moving out of South Florida.

They are awesome with Package Delivery and informing when a Packager arrives for Pick Up!

I'll miss them.
