The UPS Store, St. Augustine FL

I had a package delivered to this UPS store, already paying $9 for shipping to the company that shipped it. When I arrrived to pick it up, four employees looked for it and said they could not find it even after I gave one worker the tracking number. From the counter, I saw the package on their counter about 10 feet away. I advised them I believe that was my delivery item, which it was. Then the worker said they had to charge me another $5, blaming the original company that shipped it. The original shipper said UPS has the option to collect extra money from customers. So the moral of the story is don't ship items here unless you want to pay them more money.

Price gougers! It’s not just due to the Pandemic. They are very kind but that doesn’t justify their prices. All other UPS stores are cheaper during any point of the year. Most ppl in our area go elsewhere and warned me. Not sure if they are posting their own reviews. The BBB and corporate UPS may need a call.

Every time I go there (unless it's an Amazon return) it is such a headache. From wanting to charge me for a box because they don't think the box it was mailed to me in is good enough and if you question them they tell you to leave and go to another UPS location or like the other day went to ship something and they told me the cheapest price to send to AZ by Monday was going to cost $165. I said wow that's more then I thought it would be and did not ship it. I took the same thing to the UPS store by my work then first told me $130 then they realised they could send it as cheap as $101. Needles to say I won't try shipping here unless it's any easy drop off Amazon return. (Response to owner) it was the owner who ask me to go to another location because I wouldn't ship using your box upgrade. On the price difference I don't know why they would have your franchise at a higher price then any other store but it was the same thing and given two different prices to ship to the same location. If they have your pricing that much higher I would renegotiate your rates with them because it looks bad when stuff like that happens.

Very nicely run store. All the people greet you with a smile and always willing to go the extra mile to get you need. They always give you cost effective solutions for what you need and how quickly. I highly recommend them.

The store has always been friendly and quick to get my packages out. I have never had any problem with them and I go send many packages, especially to Amazon. Thank you for your business.

All the folks that work here are awesome! Everyone is always happy and more then willing to help out however they can. It’s seriously the best place in the greater St. Augustine area.

We have had a box at this UPS store for years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We get package delivery every week with no problems.

We have enjoyed a great working relationship with this store for several years. Their team is always courteous and ready to assist by anticipating that I am there to pick up my mail/pkgs when I walk in. Always a positive experience - they make an effort to know their customers and fit their needs. Thank you guys!

I usually use them for drop offs, but I decided to use them for shipping. They tried to say my box and bubble wrap wasn't good enough and tried to charge me $17 just for a box and bubble wrap. The box and wrap I was going to use I've used before with no problems in the past, so I feel they were trying to get one on me. It's unfortunate because I go there a lot for dropping off packages. No more.

Everyone there is very nice and helpful, I would go out of my way to use their services. Also, they now can give USPS return receipts! Great service, great people!

I have used their notary services for free in the past. They now charge $10.00 and don't inform you that you will be charged.
Was charged $68.00 for a very light package shipped by USPS. Will go to the Post Office from now on.

Gold standard pricing my foot! I took the exact same package straight from your store to the USPS outpost at the BP on International Golf Parkway. Your quote $18.93 their quote $8.50

Same package, same address! In a USPS Priority box. Good luck arguing that.but you will. And you will prove to the public what the other reviewers are saying about your inability to listen to your customer. It’s a pattern.

I have to ship items for work all over the east coast and the local Marrubella store is the best store in the southeast. I use UPS stores all over my sales territory but the local store here is the easiest to work with.

Best UPS service I’ve had in the Jacksonville area. I use the UPS services quite often and nothing compares to this location! The people are excellent, competent and friendly. A super UPS store!

I went there to mail a small package via USPS and the guy at the counter (Kenneth) try to say that the priority shipment on a pre postage box would be $30 because the post office had raised prices! I didn’t ship with them and went to the BP down the road that has a post office and shipped my package for $7.95. Never shipping from that store again. Definitely trying to upcharge for simple shipping.

Phenomenal service highly responsive very flexible always meets our needs.so appreciate that they are in our neighborhood.
