I recently moved to St. Augustine and love it. I have frequented the UPS Store in Murabella and have been thrilled. The store is organized, clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Kenneth F. Patrick has helped me many times. He goes beyond to make sure I'm satisfied and he is patient and kind. Also, my packages always get their destinations on time in in perfect condition.

I rented a mail box when this store first opened and have never had a bad experience. The owner, Divyan, is super nice and very helpful - I have had MANY last minute business-related emergencies and he has always helped me - even when they are about to close. Staff is super friendly as well. I love this store!

I had a difficult time getting the right label for an Amazon rental return but Kenneth did everything to help me find it on my phone. RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF! The pricing is outrageous. They try to sell you everything. They use bigger boxes and add packaging fees without even consulting you. BE AWARE! They will try to get your money. Very dishonest people
