The UPS Store Downtown Fort Lauderdale

My experience was horrible. I called early in the day to make sure my address was correct on my package. I was told the apartment was missing and we were able to easily update it. This was at 3: 45. I was told the driver would be contacted and updated on what apartment was mine. At 6: 00 I received an email stating they attempted to deliver my package but did not have my APARTMENT NUMBER! They had two hours to contact the driver and update hidem. I spent the past TWO HOURS trying to get my package redilivered to me tonight. Finally I was told its on its way and I'd be getting a confirmation call. I then recieved at call from FRANK THE SUPERVISOR who was beyond rude. Did nothing to help but tell me my package was not comkng tonight and would be to me sometime tomorrow. As frustrated as I am as I now have spent almost 3 hours trying to get my package I ask if he can make sure I am priority to receieve it first thing in the morning. Tells me and isn't even willing to try and HANGS THE PHONE UP ON ME! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AS A MANGER I WOULD NEVER! BEYOND UNHAPPY.
