The food is always good and I’ve never had bad costumer service until today. Whoever was working the front counter clearly hates her job and hasn’t been trained in costumer service. She was extremely rude and didn’t make any eye contact. She rolled her eyes at us twice for no reason. And no to mention the 3 times she screamed at the poor girl Alyssa. She was screaming at the top of her lungs and was so rude to the other girl working.

Food was delicious. Had quite a wait, despite the fact that only 4 tables were occupied. However, management came to the rescue and comped our 2nd sangrias. Excellent customer service!

Nice atmosphere and great food. Employees always seem happy and willing to work hard so I am sure they are treated great. Food is good for a chain establishment. Always fresh.

Great food and good service! Special on Tuesday n Thursday, plus periodic weekend special to get more food for the money!

They have great food, fast service and great prices. You can eat inside or outside and don't forget their special hot sauce bar.

Always good food and service, even when crowded. The young people in the crew are friendly and enjoy dressing up for theme days (like Halloween and Día de los Muertos coming up soon).

Tijuana Flats is one of the most consistent places to eat. I have been here so many times, I have never seen the food come out in less quality or quantity than the other times. I will always prefer Tijuana over other Mexican restaurants.

Always fresh, always tasty! My favorite is the dos tacos and sweet tea. Finger cite less than $7 plus tip can't be beat.
