Always honest and i haven't experienced them trying to price gauge me not once. I've taken my truck and car to other places and then tire kingdom and price usually cheaper and they even saved me abt 1500 once when one place said it was my tie rods and found out it wasbt at all just needed a wheel alignment!

I noticed there was a nail in my tire last week and I was having difficulty finding someone to fix it on such short notice - it seemed like every tire repair place was filled to the gills! I finally called Tire Kingdom and they said to bring it on over and they would make sure to fix it before they close at 7pm (I called around 5: 30pm). When I brought it in, the manager inspected it along with a tech and notified me that the tire was unable to be patched because the angle of the nail entry was too close to the tire wall and it was not "up and down" - it was at a diagonal. They quoted me a fair price for a new tire and installed it before they closed. I was impressed with the level of service and efficiency. Highly recommend if you are in a bind and need help!

Went in for a replacement for my DIL car. They fixed me up with a great tire for her, and had it done in about 20 minutes. Thanks to everyone for the excellent treatment.

What’s the point of having an appointment when you go in and you have to wait hours for something to be done to your vehicle or being told oh we just had people (walk-ins) come in ahead of you.take the appointment system down temporarily if you are backed up. It’s just silly.

Professional from the managers - particularly Gary Doran, Service Mgr. - and mechanics, especially Jose, were outstanding in their services to me. All done in a timely manner.

Wonderful experience! I called because my rear lights wouldn't turn off, and talked to Gary (who encouraged me to come in). Came right in and got prepared to wait.and was done before I could finish a chapter in my book.

I have anxiety and get panic attacks normally when I go somewhere new (especially anything involving car repair). Everyone here was so attentive, friendly, and really helpful in explaining what the issue with my truck was/what was done to repair it.

If you have anxiety issues, I can NOT recommend this location enough!

Hopefully I won't have to be back soon, but whenever I need any sort of car help, i'll be back here.

The wait is pretty awful. Even when you make an appointment, be prepared to wait. The appointments don't mean anything, just makes a customer feel better to see their name on a screen behind the counter. Three and a half hours for an oil change? Give me a break. Everyone's time is worth more than this.

Gary at Tire Kingdom on Blanding & Kingsley was very honest in replacing two tires but not up selling unneeded services. I had gone to Tires Plus and was told I needed an alignment, 4 tires, road hazard & a new battery when I really didn’t. I will totally use Tire Kingdom again

Where do I start? ! WOMEN-DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! CUSTOMER SINCE 2002! BEWARE. Went in for a new tire as it had a slow leak. I knew it was a slow leak, I knew the tire needed to be replaced.period. On 04/04/19 they were told the front passenger tire was the one that needed to be replaced. Called to check on the vehicle several hours later (because the replacement tire had to be ordered from another store.no problem) they informed us they just received the tire and "oh which tire was it again? " they were told the incorrect tire, called back within minutes and said "I'm sorry not the front driver side but the front passenger side". "No problem we found the leak we replaced the correct one". Driving the next day to Alabama noticed the tire was leaking.after a long day of traveling and visiting family didn't think anything about it. Realized on Sunday that wrong tire was changed. Called Brad right away at Tire Kingdom "Bring it in Monday, we will take care of you. " Cool, awesome, what a relief.pffft. Went in and encountered RUSS, what an awful human. The nasty, rude opposition that we met right away was laughable. Russ refused to help. We were told we would have to wait for Brad because he (the manager) would not do anything for us. He stated he would not fix the mistake and that our old tire had to be scrapped. That we would have to buy another one. He would not reach out to Brad for over an hour and then LIED and said Brad never told us he would "take care of us" and it was our fault for telling them the wrong tire (even though they should have had that information on intake). All of this was done in the back behind a door so I could not hear their conversation. RUSS was very condescending and should not be in the role he is in. ON TOP OF THAT Russ magically found my perfectly good "scrapped" tire AFTER AN HOUR AND A HALF. I then called MIKE BLAKEWELL (the district manager), which if this is the type of leadership that goes on I can see why Russ is able to "work" the way he is. Mike listened to me patiently- at first. He then proceeded to tell me that something must have been wrong with the original tire that they took off or else they would not have taken it off. I tried to explain to him that after taking countless trips to put air in MY TIRE I knew which one was leaking and which one was perfectly good. I also asked why if it was policy to check all the tires when changing one, they would not have found the leak in the tire that had been previously patched and that I knew was bad.and further more why they would be okay putting a "bad" tire back on my car after it had been "scrapped". I was then told by Mike that he could see why Russ was having such an ISSUE WITH ME because I interrupted him and that's "not how adults speak to each other". Um what? ! Mike went on to tell me that BOTH of the tires were bad and that if that is not the case it was again our fault for telling them the wrong tire. I then asked if I was allowed to speak and he told me that "that is not necessary". I am 33 years old and have NEVER in my adult life been spoken to like I am a child OR a stupid woman. Needless to say I have my "scrapped" tire back on my car (you know the one MIKE said had to have been bad). And it's holding air justtttt fine. Spoke to Brad and he's the one who recommended RUSS look for our original tire and just replace the bad one (he also stated Russ was a you know what). These are the geniuses that need to be running TIRE KINGDOM certainly not RUSS or MIKE. Oh well I will never ever return nor recommend. WOMEN-DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

I work for a competitor and was impressed with the service here.

Came in for a set of specific tires that I could not get my hands on through my work so I was forced to use Tire Kingdom. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Brad, I explained to him I just came from the south Tire Kingdom location next to enterprise and was extremely dissatisfied with the way I was treated at the south blanding location. Brad went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Honored the online price and provided excellent service.

I went in there hoping to get the other three tires to match the one I had put on the other day from the store on the Southside. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice but he didn't have the tires in stock and recommended to other locations that might have them

What a place!
The AC guy is telling me that he needs to remove my engine to get to compressor in my car.
I already knew that was not the case.
This guy is not willing to work in anything that takes time even if you are willing to paid, Instead he told me to go the Agency to get the compressor changed.
One of my neighbors told me that he can help me to change the compressor in his workshop. It took sometime and I got the job done for 325 dollars (cost of the compressor)
Do not waist your time with this people, instead go to the Agency (Their recommendation, LOL)

I brought my car into Shop because of AC issues, They were not able to fix the problem, the car has the new advance system that they are not able to operate on it. Instead they damage the front bumper while getting the car into the shop with the yellow lifter. The passenger right side of the bumper was all smashed.
The front desk guy was very nasty. He said that he does not care about the incident and that I can do whatever I want.
I have been using this place for tires for my cars for several years And I am not going back there anymore.
If you bring your car there be sure you take pictures of your car before letting them to touch it.
An by the way their AC guy is a Joke. He has no clue what he is talking about. I think he likes to do little jobs only.
Avoid this place as Much as you can!

Friendly rep inside and mechanics helping with your car. Went in for an oil change and the service was great. Free wi-fi service while you wait. Located around plenty of shops and fast food restaurants literally next door.

Showed up today, 12/2/18. They had the tires I wanted in stock, and we're ready to go. Mr. TOM mounted my tires and completed my alignment that I purchased. When I left everything was perfect. I watched Mr. Tom to make sure he wasn't going to run my lugs down with an impact. He took his time, and did everything with care to make sure the job was done right. Watched him put a tq wrench on everything to make sure they were proper. My alignment was out, and Tom did an awesome job, truck drives perfect! If you go here, ask for Tom to do the work. He is the older gentleman. Thank you Tom!

This store does a ton of business! I've taken my cars there for years (and other Tire Kingdom locations). I think they try very hard to accommodate everyone. Wemt in Black Friday, but had to make an appointment for Saturday, but they took care of me. My damages weren't as bad as I thought so thanks to the crew for their honesty and dedication to their customers!
