So thankful that leondro the salesman got my car in for an alternator. I didnt know what i was going to do. I needed my alternator. I have a long trip coming up.car runs well and no longer shuts off on me

Was having problems with my ride so I decided to pop in at the spot. The spanish fella boscow helped me out on the price since I barely had enough to repair.

Great place to get work done on your car. The staff there is really friendly, very very knowledgeable about the industry, and the place is spotless clean! Also the prices are very competitive. U highly recommend it!

Brought the ride to the spot for a alignment.pepboys messed the car up so i took it here to get it fixed.the spanish guy in the back fixed the camber and gave me the print sheet of the results.drives straight now.thanks again fam

I called this place, gave them my car tire size and car model. The representative advised me that they have the tire in stock and I can come to buy it and installation. When I arrive the manager says "we can only put run flat tires on that car" even though I was advised previously that I could be serviced and my tire was now flat. To remediate the issue I asked if a patch can be applied so I can make it to another tire place to purchase a tire. The manager then said no I cannot patch the tire. The staff is very nice and the rep wanted to help but the manager is impersonal, inhumane, and was not at all willing to help when I needed help the most. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. Fire that guy, he doesn't deserve to be in customer service.

Bad experience.
I was waiting 25 minutes for the attendant and he said that I have to wait for another 40 minutes to fix my flat tire.

Every time I make an appointment I am treated with respect and their customer service is impeccable. I’ve been to other Tire Kingdom locations however, Taft St location this staff is amazing. I depend on them and have the highest trust. They tell me what’s wrong or not wrong with my vehicle. I get 3 or 4 different opinions from different mechanics/places and the Taft location is always on target, their honesty and expertise is stellar! Thank you-you guys are outstanding!

Terrible service. Took my sons car to get a tire repaired under the road hazard warranty, was told they patch the tires, well they plugged my tire. I called Tire kingdom corporate offices to complain, got an appointment to get the plug removed & to have the tire repaired at a different location. I was told by person a the corporate offices that they would contact me after it was verified that my tire was plugged, 2 weeks later & I'm still waiting.

They scam you And charge you way too much for unnecessary things you do NOT need and it’s not fair because when I order online I see the price difference than in person. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. THIS LOCATION SUCKS PERIOD

Bought 3 got 1 free new tires you cant go wrong. Had a blow out from a cut tire and was replaced for free because of the road hazard program.

It seems that the man behind the counter was not very friendly as if he was angry about something, found my visit there not so pleasent maybe someone woke up on wrong side of bed.

Have tried to get an oil change several times right after work. They refuse to take any cars after 6pm because they want to leave at 7 on the dot at closing. I work a 9-5 job it is impossible for me to make there before 6. There excuse is they only have one person. How that is my problem as a paying repeating customer is beyond me.

Worst customer experience ever. First there was no one at the counter to talk to. When I found someone in the work area he was so busy with his phone. I asked him if he can repair my tire he said he’ll try if he can or not. I showed him and he was not even trying to help just said that this tire is bad and you are better off going to some tire place in 441. Very unprofessional. And this is not the first time it happened not similar but customer service was bad.

Dropped the vehicle off in the morning with one objective to have my brakes done and have a full synthetic oil change. They have the worst service ever. Ended up going to pick up the car at 6: 00 pm and the vehicle was not ready they said it wasn’t done. I called at 2 pm and they told me it would be ready in an hour.

Had an oil change done, as well as tires rotation and balance and everything was fine. Was quoted a correct time for my wait and Jon and Larry were excellent help! Will be coming back to this location.

Bad service. Told me one price, then when I got they quoted me a price $200 more. They got really annoyed with me when I told them nevermind (They hadn't even taken my keys yet). All around bad interaction. I ended up going to new and used tire outlet, better service for nearly half the price.
