Purchased 4 tires not even a month ago.
Happened to get a nail in a tire. When I call to get it repaired told that I don't have a warranty that it was waived. What? I was under the impression that the 4tires that i purchased at a hefty price would be covered under a warranty. I was NEVER even asked about purchasing a warranty. So how can you claim it was declined. What a racket, now told will have to purchase a new one. Beware

Six months ago I brought my truck in for brake service, received good service and quote was spot-on. Waited to give the review after driving under all conditions and several long trips. Happy to give a five star review for the work I had done, hope others have had similar experiences. Thanks again guys.

No Good, crazy expensive; they fix 1 thing and break another one. All lazy employees, kind of exception of the manager Jon, he needs to have more character with his employees to make this place better. I won't go back to that place.

I’ve been bringing my company vans here for the last 6 months. Not only do they offer a fleet/corporate discount, the customer service is amazing. We are usually on a time crunch and they always have the vehicles done in a timely manner. I recently brought my personal vehicle in for a battery and couldn’t be more pleased with the timely service!

Don't waste your time 11/30 evening guys hanging around ask for service and they need lots of time to answer simple questions and no I mean no help except for the lady in the sexy outfit! Look somewhere else people we don't need scum like this in our area!

Slow slow slow. Was told to come in that it wasn't busy, got there walked right in no wait, then 2 hours later finally got my truck back. 2 new tires nothing fancy, wasted too much of my time, go somewhere else where they have even the slightest urgency to get the customer in and out.

Crappy car service! Now im missing a lugnut off my tire! Super expensive! For bs work! Guys at the front kept making fun of customers on the phone and bein super unprofessfional last time i go there!

Went for an oil change. They didn't even tighten the drain bolt when they were done so it leaked everywhere. Another time my girlfriend went here for a new tire and they somehow forgot to tighten the lug nuts. No apologies, no customer service, and definitely no professionalism.

I waited an hour beyond my appointment time and when I finally said screw it and headed. It's always the same thing there. There always running on half staff and the idiots that do come in spend more time going to the drinking fountain than working on the cars. I watched the same guy come in 3x in an hour. They over book and drag ass. LAST TIME GOING!

I've gone to tire kingdom a few times and they have the best service from both front desk and mechanics.they really go out of their way to help you out with your car issues. I highly recommend them.prices and products are compatible to other places, but, the service is what keeps me a loyal customer. Thank you from lc

Negative star. Thieves, $24.00 for a tire 'patch' they said they only did this type of repair.

So far this is an OK place with the exception that my first oil change they forgot to put back the lid on the oil tank and all oil spilled over the engine. I recommend appointment and you still have to seat and wait at least 1 hr.

Well This is My Tire Kingdom. Literally. Been doing business with them for over 10 years. Hence they meet the standards.
