Took are of me when I had last minute need for trailer tires. They guys work hard and take great care of you!

The staff is phenomenal and so friendly. I went in with a complex dilemma after having been to 4 other tire shops to no avail. Tyrone is an amazing manager and I can tell his team loves working for him. The customer care is evident. I highly recommend that this location as a GO TO for your tire and vehicle care. I am extremely pleased with the service provided. They eased so much of my stress and I really felt like I was in good hands the entire time.

Carlos is the best service manager, he has amazing customer service skills and is super professional! Took my car for maintenance and an oil change and the service was fast and amazing. I will come back to this location in the future

Made an appointment and the truck went right in. I was told an hour to an hour and a half for my oil change/2 front tires/ and alignment. After and hour and a half I went to the desk asked about my truck. The new front guy had no idea what I was having done or anything about my truck. He was purring people ahead of me. I asked how long, and was told another hour. On top of that the free WiFi is less than 1mb/sec. I took speed tests. The waiting room is hot and the chairs are completely worn out.

Very rude and unprofessional employees. Please be careful how they price, very unfair service. If you are woman be prepared to spend extra $$. They will try to convince you into extra work. Thank you

Appointment service doesn’t work. I scheduled an appointment on a Friday at 12: 30pm and when I arrive the guy on the front desk told me that I have to left my car and come back after 4: 00pm

They charged me for a tire patch and TPMS reset that they never performed. When I went back to have it corrected, they weren’t very polite, to say the least. This is in spite of me having a fleet account with them (about 20 vehicles on fleet account).

Do not come here. I've given this place several chances and they've screwed up each time. They wouldn't plug a tire that had no other problems. Said it was unsafe and tried to sell me a new set. Second, after an oil change and tire rotation one of my hubcaps was bent and a few days later one of the engine shields dropped out on the highway because it wasn't secured. Lastly, don't ask why i even gave them anothet chance, i made an appointment, arrived early, then was told they didn't have time to change my oil. Go somewhere with competent workers. Lots of options.

Had a screw in my tire and made it here right before closing. They were short handed and went out of their way to repair my tire the same night.

Needed to make an appointment and Billy was rude answering the phone. He tend to raise his voice when he have to repeat himself or asking questions. Not a good way to show respect to a customer. I am not looking forward to meeting him in person.

Came in for an oil change. All the staff is wonderful, in particular Dave who did my oil change. Dave really took his time and seemed to care. I will definitely be back to this location. I would suggest asking for Dave if he is in, I'm sure all the staff is great but he really did a great job!

Even though I made an appointment I still have to wait over one hou r before a technician can check my tire. Service was ok but it took ne 3 hours to get my tire replace.

Customer service is horrible wait time is disgusting 2 hours just for an oil change. My car finally made it to the back for the oil change standing around talking and joking around and literally hold your car up just for you to wait wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here and definitely won’t make my way back to tire kingdom!

I have lifetime Warranty on the rotor, So I need to changes, they less me way for 2 hour and then they say I have to pay for the new one because I'm driving and I'm damage the rotor.

Had to take vehicle back to twice to re-balance tires. Was getting vibrations when driving and I checked to see if wheel weights were still in place. I noticed that on outside of the left side wheels, old weights were still on PLUS newly applied weights.but on the opposite side of the outside of wheels.

The tire tech that did the re-balance attempted to tell me the reason I was getting the vibrations was because I needed brand new rotors. Vehicle has less than 5,000 miles on it.

I worked for Tire Kingdom for 5 years & never tried to sell un-needed work.

Manager hangs out in his personal vehicle smoking cigarettes.

Stood inside for 10 minutes with no one inside to help. I had the place to myself. Saw an employee sitting in the work bay area on a stool and on his cell phone. FedEx came and the employee finally came inside and helped me out. I had to get my mileage and my flat tire and bring it inside. Next set of tires will be taken care of by another business, I regret coming here.

Manager was nice. Then the associate Josh rolled into work who seem to be pissed off that he had to work. Josh was rude to customers on the phone and would hang out on the couch instead of at the front desk working. When he was handed our keys for us to be done he left them on the couch that he was sitting on went to the desk to file our paper work away and told us we were good to go. I had to walk over where he was originally handed the keys and pick the up. Much lacking the customer service. Don’t get me wrong I know we have our bad days but don’t take it out on the people who have nothing to do with your problems.

Manager didn't want to honor coupon at first but when I showed him the date on the receipt he reconsidered

4 hours for a single tire replacement and tire rotation. I had to call someone to go and pick my kids up because of these clowns.

In business do what you say your going to do.

I never write reviews however people need to know about this sham they call a business. (my opinion)

I did an appointment to 8: 30am just to do a bearing replacement and alignment. They took 7 hours and 30 min to finish the service. I still waiting for the car and the front desk just said, “it will be done in 30min” or “just couple minutes more”.
I really don’t like that place.
