Tire Kingdom, Pompano Beach FL

I got to the store early to insure fast service. The female sales person named Latoya told me they would fix it soon 15 minutes or so. They didn't even touch my truck for over an hour, then it took an additional hour and 45 minutes before the gentleman was finished. I had gotten two tires before, it was only about 15 minutes sooner than the time I came to get the first two tires. End of story if you want to get two to four tires atTire Kingdom you better I plan on being there 4 hours!

Not happy with this location. Got a screw in a tire and went for a repair. They tried to sell me a service I didn't need and presented me with an overcharge on my bill. I made a big fuss and they removed the charge. Also the car sat around for over an hour before I had to go and make another fuss to get them to fix the tire. Won't be back.

Walked in stood for a few minutes. Two guys there neither said good morning or even aknowledged my presence. I left

The guy made me wait 15 minutes to tell me that he couldn't fix my tire. They should give attention to clients that are in there first. I won't come back this place.

This place is absolutely awful. I had an appointment at noon to get 2 tires replaced and my car didn't get into the bay till 2: 30.
I understand that they were short staff but when I made the appointment should of been made aware of this issue so I don't miss half a day of work waiting. I would recommend anyone considering going there to think elsewhere. Unless you have hours waiting in a room while your car sits out in the parking lot this place is not for you. I hope this review is helpful.

Efficiency and quality work. Redeemed my coupon for oil change immediately. They request my keys and before I sat down to wait for service my car was already placed for service.

The worst service I've seen for two hours so they will change tires so bad you ask them if they take a long time and they say no

The time on the website and on maps both say they close at 6pm. We get there at 440pm thinking that we have enough time to get a tire changed. They say we can't do anything we close in 10 mins. I tell them about the website saying they close a 6pm and they just say whatever.

Took my car for a basic oil change and I was told my car had hundreds of problems. It was estimated over $2,000 in repairs told me my life was in danger due to a fuel tank leak. YES! My car reaked of gas! My father then took it to another mechanic and my car was FINE! Only thing I needed was a new gas cap! They are liars and this store preys on the people who doesnt know too much about cars! Run from this place!

Flat tire, on my dually truck almost 7: 00 pm 1250 miles from home Rodney the manager jumped right on the repair! Great guys great shop. Need tires? Go see Rodney

Terrible experience! You take your car there and they will make it up 100 problems to make an extra on your back. I took my car there for an simple oil change, the mechanic come up with an 1000$ estimate for brake fluid change, transmission fluid change and other problems. And guess what? On the same week I had all that checked by my mechanic and everything was fine!
Run from this place. They have no ethic or respect for its customers
