Best damn service and pricing in the area. Between Giovanni and Jose youve got wuite the dynamic duo. No task they cant handle not to mention very fair pricing. I had a pretty large job requiring some cutting and thinking outside the box and these guys were swift and prompt. Service you dont forget. Thank you guys!

Like most well-known, reputable businesses, the prices aren't cheap, but these guys don't cut any corners on quality. That makes Tire Kingdom on Gunn Hwy in Tampa worthy of my business. My service representative from getting an estimate to checking out was consistent and I really appreciate that one on one interaction. Giovanni was my service representative and he was awesome. He never tried to dismiss my questions and answered my questions in detail without wasting time. I called him many times and he never lost patience with me. Giovanni also did a great job staying in contact with me every step of the way. A great guy and a great representative of a quality auto mechanic shop.

I bought my tires in February of this year (2021) and the guys in the shop were fantastic. They even worked out a deal because my mom and I were both getting tires for our cars and I bought 4 new tires. I PAID for the warranty and have flat replacement for life.

Well today, this Tire Kingdom went from 5+ stars to 1 (less than one if that was permitted). My fiancé drove my car yesterday and must have ran over something. I get in my car to run errands after work and notice the PSI of my back tire says 3. Yes, 3. My fiancé is at work and I have no idea how to change a tire or put on a spare. I immediately remembered the warranty service I paid for. I called at 5: 23pm and ask what time the shop closes. I'm told 6 pm. I explain the situation and ask if I can bring my car in. I'm asked how long it'll take me to get to the shop (I live 1.6 miles away). I say 10 minutes because I can't speed on a flat. I get there in 10 minutes. The guys REFUSED to repair my flat because it would take at least 35 minutes and the shop closed in 30 minutes. Are you kidding me? ! I paid and even called before I drove up here. Then the guy at the front (I'll leave his name out for now) says the guys refuse to work because it's close to closing time and asked if I can come back tomorrow. I tell him I work. He suggest I put my donut on. I DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT! So he takes my car into the back, puts my donut on, keeps my tire, and tells me they'll repair it in the AM and will call me when it's ready. If I had known spending $200+ on a warranty meant I could only use it during the business hours employees decide they want to work I wouldn't have bought it. Can't wait to get my tire repaired. I don't care if the next Tire Kingdom is 10 miles from me, I won't be coming back to this location. That's poor customer service if I've ever seen it. I'm so irate and disappointed.

They really don t know what they are doing, sold me the wrong tires, fortunately my dealer fixed it… I thought they are specialists for tires, not so much. I was asked by customer service to come back, when I did I was told I have to come back in an hour because there is nobody in charge right now. So after I came back the store manager „helped“ me, but instead of apologizing for the mistake he blamed me,: (quote) you insisted on the tires! Why would I insist on the wrong tires if you suggest tires to me I assume they are the right ones.take some responsibility if you made a mistake!

Jose is the best mechanic I've ever seen he takes great care of my car and is very detailed on his inspections.

Pushy salesman. He should pay attention when a client tell's him that I'm a retired ASE Certified auto technician since 1983. And maybe he would learn something.

They went above and beyond for me. The staff were very understanding and accommodating. I took my corvette in for an alignment at a different location. When I left there my steering was off. Brought the car here and service manager Mark and tire pro Jio straighten me out (no pun intended) thank you guys for the great customer service. Thank you to Tech Jose for the work sir! I strongly recommend this location to anyone.

I was impressed with the service. The staff was very friendly and explained what had to done. It was finished in the time it had been promised, I will certainly recommend Tire Kingdom on Gunn Highway to family and friends. Thank You Jose for all the help.

We went in 8/9/2020 for oil change and to patch a tire. When we came back to pick it up, they advised there are 2 nails in it and therefore cannot patch. Suggested purchasing new tire, install, alignment. Also advised a leaking valve gasket, which was a major concern considering the age of the car.

We ended up taking the tire to Goodyear where they were purchased 8/5/2019. They patched it for free without any issue or hassle.

We are having the gasket looked at later this week. Will update if 2nd opinion agrees or disagrees.

UPDATE: Goodyear patched the tire and balanced it due to the patch throwing off the balance. They stated they only found 1 nail in the tire.

UPDATE 2: Took the car to a mechanic I trust and they advised nothing is wrong with the gaskets.

I understand upselling to meet quota, but this is straight up lying

I am leaving a two star review. I had an unexpected slow flat tire. I called at 5 o'clock. 1 hour before closing! And I was told that they could not take me. For a flat? I can understand an oil change or something major. But a flat? Come on.y'all just lost my business, I don't care how much money I have invested with this company already. I will not return. There are plenty of other automotive places.

Today was one of those days where I'd like to hit that proverbial reset button. Luckily for me, Tire Kingdom saved the day. You guys were fair honest and took care of my tire needs. I couldn't be more happy! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Keep up the tremendous work. Sincerely, Susana L.

Came on a Sunday for the A/C. They had the repair done in about 2 hours time. I will be going to use them for all my future repairs.

They have been helpful with air for my tires in the past. Got a battery this time. Fast service. Comparable prices.

I took my car in on Saturday, May the 24th around 3pm for TWO rear tires. Excellent price btw and the best customer service.

Quick, professional service! Needed a new tire due to nail damage. Inspected all tires and even identified problem with CV boot.

Went back constantly to fix repairs not made properly to my care, I had to go and spend more money to fix their mistakes-they cost me so much money and still shoddy work.just unbelievable

Went there to get an estimate on tires. I was very impressed with the no pressure tactic. The prices are very good. Will be getting mt tires there this week. Very thorough and the options are plenty. The place is very clean. The sales staff listens and do not pressure you to over buy.

Didn't know what oil to use, didn't know what filter, took almost 2 hours, tried charge me more than quoted, refused to rotate my tires despite telling me it was part of the service beforehand and my request to have it done. Also didn't know how to reset oil change light in car. Never going back. Find another place to go.
