Went in for an oil change and review on my tires. Jeff was super nice and professional - very helpful. Was in and out less than an hour. Thanks guys for fabulous service and care!

Very quick service. Customer service is above and beyond. Robert Howard let me use his personal truck to pick up a tire from another location to save me time and hassle. I will forever come to this location.

Always have a good experience here, Orlando is great! Victor was rude and non responsive to his own employee and he's the manager, not a nice guy. The service on my car was good though.

My first time in Tire Kingdom and I was very impressed with the customer service and overall look of the shop. I was in and out, tire had a nail in it. I didn't get the gentleman name who was working the front but was very pleased with his prompt acknowledgement as soon as I walked in the doors. I will definitely be bringing my car back for service.

Didn't do all they advertise. Did an oil change didn't get a sticker that help remind for next oil change

Only had 2 tires replaced and I had to return 3 times. This place is the worst starting with the front desk. These people are in NO rush to get the job done let alone being correct. I will never return to this shop until they get workers who know what they're doing.

Called in the morning to make an appointment at 12: 00 pm. Went in at 12: 00 and they said it would be 1 1/2 until my car would get in! Why even make an appointment if you don't have the time to work on the car? Ridiculous! Bob and Orlando are absolutely worthless at the counter. Terrible service and will not be going there again. I'd rather pay extra and take my business elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs.

Customer service is awful! No welcoming, soften and quietly spoken and had a very hard time hearing them.the two at the front desk.not sure if they were playing a game to troll people or what. When i made a comment on why my alignment was so bad the guy at the counter said "ok? Whatever. " very rude, awful staff.but the job was done correctly and zero'd out my alignment.just felt un-welcomed.
