Tire Kingdom, Royal Palm Beach FL

I've used Tire Kingdom on State Road 7 for many years for all of our vehicles, but my last visit I was torn. The thing is, the last 3 times that I have had a slow leak, they always told me there was damage to the side wall and I needed a new tire.so I bit the bullet and purchased a new tire. Last week I came in, same thing.slow leak. "it's in the sidewall.you need a new tire.that'll be $357" I'm getting rid of the vehicle soon and I just got new tires last year. I took it elsewhere.they showed me the nail, NOT in the sidewall.patched it.cost me $20. Makes me now wonder back if this was always the case?

Dropped off our vehicle to get serviced and was greeted by Diane. She is a wonderful employee and a pleasure to deal with. We had ONE major issue. After checkout, my wife mentioned the $50 credit due to not being asked about the credit card offer (sign in front of register and we wouldn’t open the account anyways). As any customer would, we obviously would take advantage of a discount if possible, BUT, if the discount causes the employee to be reprimanded, then it needs to be removed. I called to speak to the manager but he was unavailable. I’ll try again tomorrow. We do not want Diane to get in any trouble as she was wonderful to deal with and an asset to your company. Please do not put your employees in a position to get in trouble for a failure to offer something minor. Thank you.

I pass two other tire kingdom locations on my way to this location. We have always been treated fairly and with respect by the members of the entire team at this location. Highly recommend coming here for all your tire needs.

This Tire Kingdom (actually this car service place in general) is honestly the best I have ever seen. Their quality of customer service is far superior than any other car repair place or dealership. They will go above and beyond your expectations to help you. While most places will want to charge you as much as they can and upsell you on things you do not need, this Tire Kingdom we find ways to actually save you money. I definitely recommend stopping in and seeing for yourself how Morgan and the rest of his co-workers will show you how a car service center and tire shop is supposed to treat their customers. Well done management for keeping a quality staff that seems to enjoy their jobs and make their customers happy!

I had a flat tire and came into them around 5 PM. I was stressed out about the tire and other things. They couldn’t have been any nicer to me. I truly appreciate their helpfulness and kindness.

They left a tool hanging from my oil pan.one of the wrench, someone saw it hanging from under my car.from an oil change I just got.

I'm really torn about this shop The Mechanics Work Hard the district manager is amazing but the store manager is all about charging you more than he should keep your eyes open on the pricing when you get there. Shop around because he's going to try to get you.

They do not honor tire warranties. Went there last Sunday and had my car inspected for a tire warranty. Was told by employee that one tire needs to be replaced immediately and the second one would become dangerous in a months time so we should replace that too. Told us since our warranty is about half done (50,000 mile warranty) it would be half off each tire plus price of labor. Price would be under $200.00. Employee also says an Allignment check would be done at that time because tires are wearing irregular. We make an appointment to come back the following Sunday at 9a.m. The following Sunday we walk in and there is no appointment, they can't find paperwork and employee that made the appointment is off. They inspect our car again and tell us they CANT give us the tire warranty because we need an Allignment. We tell them that Tire Kingdom just rotated the tires in May (as per warranty) and we were told nothing that we should have our Allignment check. The car is not pulling and acting normal. The employee then LIES and says that we declined an Allignment Check! Why would we decline a FREE inspection? ! We leave, go home and check our paperwork where, of course, there is NO documentation we ever declined an Allignment check. Thankyou TireKingdom for now letting me drive around on an unsafe tire with seven kids in the car for even longer!

Waited for 3 hours at tires plus to get my tire patched so I called tire kingdom and they got me done in 10 minutes no wait. So helpful. Will always do business with them from here on out

The team at this Tire Kingdom is amazing! I spoke with Ariel to book my appointment and Zack serviced my vehicle recently. Both of these team members should be recognized for their attention to detail and customer service! I highly recommend this business.

Do not waste your time or money with their tire warranty, they have no intention of fulfilling their promises. They have all this red tape when you try to get your new tire, had to have alignments with them (apparently a mercedes dealership isn't good enough), has to have so much thread, prorated based on mileage etc etc. Never mention any of this when they are selling it.

Had a appointment for 10 o'clock haha two hours later they don't even have the tires! WHY make appointment

So I had mistakenly made an appointment with the wrong location. When I call State Rd 7, Ariel picked up the phone. I told him my situation. Instead of having to call myself and cancel at the other location. He took care of everything for me. My husband and I have been stressed with our car, and he really helped us out by going the extra mile. Thank you so much!

They try to trick you to sell jobs had 22s on my explorer and needed a patch they brought my tire to me and said look it’s disintegrated inside u need a replacement I demanded they put it back on and took it to custom wheel connection where they showed the tire was perfect and needed a patch my father also brought his car here and they didn’t know how to rotate directional tires on his bmw

The gentleman who helped me was not only pleasant but worked quickly. I’m also grateful that they were open so early in the morning (came in at 8: 15).

Made an appointment for my girl to have tires mounted and balanced and she added an oil change okay.then i get home n see she was also charged and tookin for a ride on an alignment job that couldent be done becouse its a rebuilt tittle vehicle.stop upselling woman who are by them selfs n know nothing about cars.shameful
