Friendly, good work but kind if expensive and have no plans for after. Takes sometime due to high traffic coming in

I was sent to this location to have four new tires put on my wife's vehicle and was only partially satisfied. The time it took to install the tires and the price were reasonable. However the vehicle was delivered with filthy and slightly damaged rims. The employee who did the job apparently had no pride in his work but is not an overall direct reflection of the company. The manager was quick to resolve the issue so we were happy with their level of customer service.

Stay away from this place. They take advantage of people. Trying to upsell everyone, giving people wrong information, overcharge, etc. Tried to tell me that my car needed special oil and that I had a flat tire yet no tire pressure light was ever on. They didn't know that I know about cars and services. Stay away. While I was waiting for my service to be done, they ripped-off one person after another. What a shame.

Went for a nail in my tire, Diego was kind, polite, a complete gentleman. Took the time to help me, calm me down, went above and beyond! Tire had a nail in the side wall which he pulled off, tested, and send me home free of charged (nail never went through). Thank you so much Diego! You made my day! Thank you for making me feel so comfortable! Amazing experience!

Amazing staff! Justin is authentic and badass! Takes good care of his customers! He finds the best way to make sure you get quality and savings at the same time. Fairness is part of their store culture!

Not cheap but if you're going there you kind of know that before hand. Friendly staff was very attentive
