I got 4 brand new tires from this store and the customer service was absolutely amazing. Seth and the manager Terry gave such great help to get the quality tires that worked best for my SUV and such a low costs compared the competitors. My cars run so smooth and highly recommend to get your tires done here. As well as the service was done at a very timely matter. Thank you Again Terry and Seth

I was in Jacksonville visiting and my car went out on me. I took my Lr4 to this Tire kingdom (4195 Southside BLVD, Jacksonville, FL 32216) and was told I needed a new fuel pump
I paid just about $1300 for this repair only to get to Albany, GA on my way home to Atlanta with gas leaking out as I was filling up my tank. I called this location and was told to take it to the closest NTB near me only to find out that the closest NTB is not affiliated with tire kingdom anymore. I am now having an issue with
corporate either giving me a refund or towing my car to the nearest NTB affiliated with them. I paid 1300 for my car to be repaired incorrectly. This is not ok. There is a whole pandemic going on and people our out of work, yet tire kingdom is taking people's hard earned money and not willing to correct the issue or stand by their work. My next step is to file a complaint with the BBB if they're even accredited and to then seek legal action. I work too hard for my money for them to be so insensitive, non-empathetic, and downright rude. Do better because it is only right.

Staff followed very careful procedures that kept customers safe and were still able to give timely and efficient service

It was great, staff was friendly and the job was done. I would have appreciated if the staff in the shop, and those working in my vehicle, would have been wearing masks and gloves, as we have an asthmatic person in the household.

Picked up a beauty of a screw.nice fast leak that requires a patch. They were able to pull the tire and put the spare on for me quickly so I can get this whole mess taken care off! Also, they have great prices on tires (just bought 2 new fronts) AND their credit card is offering 0% for 12 months on purchases over $500.so if you needed some work done but have had to put it off like I did.now's a good time to get it done!

Won't do curbside payment for an elderly woman. I have to drive into town to take a couple of tires that need repair for my elderly mother, because tire kingdom says she HAS to come inside to pay. Seriously? Get your stuff together. Obviously I won't be patronizing Tire Kingdom. UPDATE: Discount tire on Atlantic blvd near Regency has curbside. They are very busy, but took the tires and wrote it up and will call when ready for pick up, so if you are elderly and don't want to stand inside to pay take your tires there. I like this place, offers free air check! No matter how many time you need to visit. Also offer many other important Auto services!

I had a flat tire on the freeway, 4200 miles on that tire but 2 months out of the one year replacement warranty. I bought the road hazard and everything that went with the four tires I put on my car last year. With the proration it still cost me $72 to get a replacement tire on a $72 Tire.

They tried to get me to replace my battery when later tests showed the battery was fine. I cannot abide by a repair shop lying to my face, so I will not be returning, and I encourage you all to do the same.

I can’t thank these guys enough for the outstanding work they did for me. I will bring all of my vehicles here. Good shop in deerwood. Got the buy 3 get 1 free on new goodyear's. Good guys, but need better seats, lol, I can feel the springs when u sit.

Caught a road hazard sharp object of a vehicle by the MLK EAST and figured out after Hart bridge east that I had a flat tire. Took it here at S. Side since it's covered under the warranty and hazards service package. They said it wouldn't be a problem to fix. They have a lot of work but for my understanding if it were an empty business then there wouldn't be any business. Heat and work makes for stress so ya gotta cut them some slack.

Took my car to this place because my AC wasn’t blowing cold air. They charged us $300 to put in Freon which didn’t help the problem at all. We took it to another car shop and they told us they didn’t even put in the Freon, so the new shop put it and and now my AC works. They lied to us! Don’t ever take your car to this place they are untruthful!

This shop in Jacksonville, a outstanding example of great customer service. In town on mother's day for a 24 hr turnaround, got a flat, they fixed it, in and out inside of 35 minutes. Highly recommend!

When the wait ended up being longer than anticipated they actually gave me a ride home so I wouldn’t be stuck there all day. I really wasn’t expecting that.

Decent tire shop that can do all the basics you need if you're willing to wait longer than neccessary. An oil change took almost 3 hours. They do great work, just prepare to wait a really long time.

I have had a shaky past with Tire Kingdom. They are working on making the situation better. I have not had a bad experience in quite a while.
