I have purchased extended tire service and front end alignment.
Every time I go there I’m treated as the Lantis been lotta money, even though it’s warranty work. Yesterday, When I called around 2pm, Jennifer told me it was ready. I like the service I get from her and I met Jose For the first time and he Displayed good customer service, also. I recommend the store.

Great service, pretty fast if you book your visit. Like specials of while rotation after I bought my tires. Friendly staff.

I came in for a noise when driving. The shop tech test drove the vehicle with me and found that my 6 month old tires that I purchased from Tires plus were chopped because of my shocks and struts being bad. I had them do the shocks and struts and the manager was willing to adjust my tires so I didn't have to go back to tires plus. The vehicle is now driving nice and no more noise. Thank you for being honest and you have earn my business for life.

Do not recommend: I took my car in with 1 nail in my back rear tire on the thread, and they agreed to patch it. Then hours into the day, they called me to tell me I had multiple nails in two of my tires except when I went back there to see the nails- there was only the 1 nail in the 1 tire but they still replaced both my tires. I would not recommend to anyone who is not car maintenance savvy since I was lied to and taken advantage of.

The manager Jose and crew was great! Got me a great deal on tires and got me done in a timely manner. Thank you!

I took my car here for a simple oil change, car was fine, they call and tell me I need shocks and struts and it will cost $950, I say no just change the oil, then I get there to pick my car up and it's stone dead, did they do that to spite me because I didn't want them doing any other work on my car? DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING EVER.

These guys were honest, friendly, and fast. I have been going to the location on southside for 5 years and have never had an issue. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

Battery died, they were very accomodating to get me back on the road as we were from out of town and had to make an apt. Moved us to front of the line.

I took my vehicle to this location for tires and was expecting to spend between $1500-$1800, because of the type of vehicle I have. To my surprise i only spent half of what I was expecting to spend. The guys behind the counter are very knowledgeable, plus they were able to get the tires changed within 1 hour. I don't understand how these complaints are able to be made by other people. I would expect the complaints are from people having a bad day, and taking it out on others. For myself they have earned my business for life. Thank you Tire Kingdom on southside blvd.

This is my first time with Tire Kingdom and I must say that it was a relief to have dealt with caring individuals who stayed late and made sure my vehicle was in impeccable condition. Thank you tire kingdom.

Seems professional enough but I asked to switch a front wheel with a rear one and to replace the front tires. I guess they only heard rear tires. They replaced my rear tires which were practically new and left the front balding tires on. I then went to a used tire shop and had them actually switch the front wheel like I had originally requested and got newer tires put on the front as originally requested. I basically wasted money and gave them decent tires. I didn't have time to sit and wait another2 hrs for them to fix their mistake otherwise I would have done just that.

Oh my God, what a rip off. First they told me that my car needs replacement of lower control arms on both sides to which I agreed and ended up paying $300 for parts and $350 for labor in addition to tire mounting fees and alignment fees. I found out later on that at max just the brushings needed to be replaced instead of the whole inner control arms. As soon as I picked the vehicle up, I noticed that the steering wheel was off center and alignment was not done properly. Took the back to the shop and spoke with the manager Jose Cortes who drove the car and spent 10 mins reassuring me that it's fine and that his 2018 truck's steering is also off center and also that all cars drift a little.
Then they took the car back in "just to be sure" but another worker called me in and showed me alignment screen and the mechanic told me that jam nut on inner tie rod is loose so I need a whole new inner tie rod and that's why alignment can't be done correctly. I said then alignment wasn't done correctly earlier? And why wasn't I told that earlier? He said yes it wasn't done correctly earlier and we forgot to tell you because I was in a rush.

Not sure about the other branches but they are a big scam and rip off. Please go elsewhere. Plus I will be speaking to higher management as well.

You will receive exceptional customer service. I had the pleasure of Jennifer Brogan taking care of my car appt. She also was very knowledgeable and made it very comfortable for any woman to come in and get there car needs taken care of. Matter of fact there was another young lady behind the desk that made it easier for me in waiting area to set up for a work space.as I brought my work with me from my job.
Hats off to you Tire Kingdom! ! As these ladies are representing the company well!

These guys were knowledgable and super friendly, Amazing service and great prices. Jose and Ransom have earned a customer for life!

Great customer service Jose and Radsom always take care of our cars give us great prices and make our visit feel like a family owned business not like other shops that make you feel like they just want to Hang you from your ankles and shake all your money out of your pockets.

So Expensive i was told to change the oil filter housing cap for 118 dollars when i checked online it was 40 dollars same thing with the tires they charge so expensive I recommend not to use here
