We can't say enough about these guys and their help. We live in a neighborhood, that has constant construction and, tie 4th tire in 3 weeks, happened late on a sunday. We pulled in, went to do an errand and they had our vehicle done and parked outside. Thank you guys, we'll remember you in the future

Scheduled an 8am appointment and when I left at 8: 15, there was still no one there to open the building for business

Ordered 4 new tires for my truck online and had them sent to this location, went in yesterday to have them mounted and balanced and also an oil change. I haven’t been to any Tire Kingdom in awhile just because it was always kinda of expensive. But they put the 4 tires on and changed the oil for less than $90. I’ve been going to the “other’ not so popular shops, but they always screw something up. Anyway I was paying $100 to mount and balance 4 tires at these other shops, but not anymore. I appreciate the great price and service, and will definitely be back.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had to in order to write a review. Horrible treatment by the man who waited on me. He was very rude be begin with. I went in to have my tire checked because it was going flat. This was after going to 2 other Tire Kingdoms which were too busy to even help me & sent me down the road. I had just bought the tires at a Tire Kingdom in Cape Coral a month ago. He told me there was a nail in the tire & I had to buy a new one. I told him I would let my husband look at it & he could probably plug it. He said my husband would not be able to plug it & then he went back out to the garage to bring my vehicle out. I sat & waited awhile for him to bring it out. When I got home my husband looked at it & found no nail where they had marked with a white pencil where it should have been. Instead there was a deep cut that looked like it was made with a knife. The nail should have been left in since I told them not to do anything with my tire. I believe he purposely sabotaged my tire. PLEASE BEWARE! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN!

These guys were very nice and very helpful.we got out here from texas ended up needing new tires.they gave us a great deal on total new set installed a great deal for oil change and everything.the guys at pepboys tried to screw us dont go there at all

What a good experience. The Tire Kingdom was a pleasure to go to. Everyone was so nice. Solved my simple problem in no time. (I thought it was a going to be a nightmare.) They took care of it in short order. So polite and kind. A TRULY good experience.no wonder they have 5 stare.

Got a good deal on my off road tires at Tire Kingdom. Ask for Josh he will hook you up. They even modified my front bumper to gain clearance.

Good service, but had to wait while the tires I wanted were sent to this store. Beware of them trying to sell u the store.

They're very friendly and were able to fix all issues with my car. They do take a while and struggle with communicating via phone calls tho.

I had a screw puncture my back tire, but since I had gotten insurance when I purchased the tire, the repair was free!

Avoid at all cost! Took my vehicle in for one tire replacement and they ended up cracking my rim. They stated that they did not cause the damage and would not cover any damage cost. The place is so poorly managed i found four nails just outside their work bays. You are just as likely to get a new hole in your new tire they just mount as driving through a roofing construction site. Never again!

Great Service as Always! Zach needs Promoted to GM this young man is Super Hard worker. He is amazing. I always get great detail into the work performed. I highly recommend this place for great service when your car needs tires. Die Hard Dodge Challenger Owner!

My Experience can be summed up in one word - HORRIBLE! I would not even give them one star but it would not let me post this without it.

Not good. 10 return trips to replace bad new tire. They told me I had a bent rim, so I bought a new one, 250 dollars, and still had the same wobble. Lots of excuses, not many fixes.

Got to shop at 7: 40AM to have them checkout overheating problem. Diagnosed issues by 9AM and advised they’ll start work right away and would be only 2 hours. Asked for an update after 2 hours and was advised that it would be 2-3 hours. Unacceptable! Also, there was literally no AC in the waiting room.

Went in for a simple 20 minute job. Came out with a damaged car they denied they did anything to. Spent a lot of time and money unnecessarily.

They don't install tires bought elsewhere. I was going to do more than just the install. Lost extra business. Bad first impression.

Absolutely amazing job! Service was done in good time, and they explained everything to me in great detail, from start to finish. My last visit to the shop was exceptional, and this one just as well.
