Tire Kingdom reviews
26This Tire Kingdom is not exactly around the corner for me to drive to & I pass another location along with several competitors driving here. No regrets. The staff & service is PHENOMENAL! I never have to wait long & the staff is always pleasant to work with.
I had one day only to address few issues on my son car. I call in at 7: 05, got price over the phone on 2 tires, drop the car at 7: 15, at my request added a front and rear break job, alignment and 4 TPS sensor to be replaced. All done done before 2: 00 when everybody was at Black Friday shopping
Left my car there at noon, with them saying the oil change would be a two hour wait. Went back at 5pm to pick it up and wasn't done.
This store needs more technicians; the service was slow and inefficient. I had ordered a tire to replace one that had a nail in it. When I went outside to check on the progress after more than an hour waiting, the tech was putting the tire on the WRONG hub. I stated clearly that I wanted the new tire on the LEFT rear, and he was putting it on the RIGHT rear. Glad I caught him and had him replace the correct one. The person who was "running" the shop had already left for the evening so there were only 2 guys working in the entire shop. Also, when I checked the tire pressure the next morning, there was more than 40 PSI in the new tire and only 20 PSI in the right rear tire that was removed by mistake and then put back on under my direction. Company management should check on this store and get it up to a higher standard.
I only trust tire kingdom to work on my car. I’ve been to the south Fort Myers and Bonita Springs locations.
Got the job done. Left wheels dirty and greasy.
Update:
After a second visit I dropped them from 3 stars to two stars. Absolutely no regard for customers' time. Made promises they didn't deliver upon regarding time of completion. Had to deal with three separate people within 7 business hours. No communication amongst them. Could not even find my tires that were delivered the day prior.
