Tires Plus, Orlando FL

I’m not one to write reviews but I was very disappointed with the service. I am female and not too familiar with cars. These people tried to upsell me and scare me into getting a new tire. All I needed was one tire replaced and it took almost 3 hours for them to get to my car for something that takes 10 minutes AND I had an appointment. When I went to pick up my car the tire pressure was low. No air had been put in the tires. I was told to “drive around for 5 minutes and it’ll turn off. ” My car is a 2020 Corolla. It turns off automatically. When asked what year my car was he said “oh yeah…” I was just given the run around and had to wait for them to fix a simple issue and I wasn’t convinced they had fixed anything so I made them check everything and show me. They just wanted me to leave and were giving me false reassurance.

I had an issue where my keys got stuck in the ignition so I brought it here and they were able to remove the keys. They then charged me $100 to diagnose my car with $3,500 worth of problems. I took it to another place for a second opinion and they helped me for free and said they didn't see any other issues that Tires Plus had told me needed fixing.

I've been a customer here for almost 7+ years, I have always received great service! They do honest and good work. The service manager Ben is amazing! Very knowledgeable, and has great customer service skills!

I came in because I had a flat tire. They told told me I needed a fuel cleaning service, and an alignment, but my alignment sheet was perfect other than then the front right camber. He said "You have to do it". After the alignment not one thing changed. These are measured at a 100th of a degree and not. 01% of the angles changed, but they still told me I had to pay $100. I looked to the tall, lean, short spikey haired member of the staff and asked "What did I pay for? ", he replied "Yeah uh.uh let me refund that". The only thing wrong, camber, wasn't even adjusted. This is blatant theft. I'm trying to pay for my education, not make shady mechanics laugh. I feel sorry for the other people who left reviews and their customers. How do you wake everyday and take advantage of students, parents, and women?

Used to get all my alignments there for years. Was a great place and did a great job. Always brought all my “lowered” cars there with no issue. Even brought my lifted trucks. Today I brought my sons 2017 Civic there with newly installed Eibach lowering springs. Again, had always done this in the past and paid anywhere from $90 to $120 tops, and that was for an alignment package of 3 years unlimited I believe. Today, because the car was lowered less than 1”, I paid $196 for a “custom” alignment only good for one time. I will never go there again and I recommend if anybody has a lowered vehicle or lifted truck find someone reputable. I don’t know what has happened there but I’m thoroughly upset.

They do good work. Never really try to upsell you and if they do it's more of a passing "hey you could use this". Really good at explaining the work being done to your car

I was able to get two new tires for my car, in a timely manner. The only thing I did not like is that my tires and rims were left with soap and not clean after the install.

First time at this location. Made an appt the day before. Service was fast and friendly, great team.

I have been there several times. They are very trustworthy and friendly. They also don’t try to rip you and are upfront with you.

I went there yesterday to get my mustang gt aligned and my tire fixed. They did a amazing job. The person how I spoke to recommended cleaning my fuel injector. My car drives so much faster and smoother, feels like a brand new car. SO CRAZY and Im in love with my car even more now. Thank you SO much. The worker drove a mustang too which is super awesome because he was SUPER knowledgeable about mine.thank you guys so much!

Anthony was knowledgable and very kind. He assisted me with all of my issues in a timely manner right after dealing with a very rude customer. His customer services skills were truly put to the test, as he was able to separate that negative interaction, (which was the rude customer's fault by the way) with helping me, all while having a smile on his face (behind his mask of course.)

Been coming here for years, this is a great place with good prices and excellent customer service

Refuse to fix a flat because it was at thread 4 it just had a small nail not professional wouldn’t recommend

Got a 3 year alignment couple months ago and went to get one today. Dropped it off at 7 with an appointment at 8 with them, and was told it would be done by noon. Walked in and it wasnt touched at all.they ended up getting it done because I showed up and asked about it. Pretty chill when it comes to service because I know they can get busy.but c'mon it doesn't take 6 hours to do an alignment. At least they got the job done that's all I can say.

As a college student as UCF, I'm so thankful to have found such a friendly and hardworking staff. I've had such a wonderful experience each and every time I come in.

Very professional and helpful beyond what you would expect. We had a tire emergency on a trip home and everyone from counter to the shop went out of there way to help my disabled wife and myself. Couldn't have asked for more. The tire was reasonably priced as well.

Over priced, slow service. Go anywhere else and you will get a better price and better.

They arent that good. I mean they are really costly. I had to send in my car 3 times to get it fixed. I dont understand why couldnt they spot the issue at the first time itself. Instead of fixing stuff, they replaced most of it and increased my expenses. Nothing helped and eventually I had to sell my car. So i would say find a better option. Or can it be just the fault of my car.

They custom rebuilt my entire break line when it blew on me and they’re always helpful and timely in their fixes. Definitely the best place around campus and they make everything easy to understand. 10/10 would recommend.

What originally started off on a bad note, ended well and cheaper than 5 other quotes in the area that I got, man in charge took care of me even though i wasn't exactly cooperative.
