Came for New year special on the oil change but they tried to tell me that I had needed new tires and tried to sell me tires

The guys in the front desk are super helpful and the guys in the shop know what they're doing. Really happy with my time there and my alignment.

Staff are great answered all my questions and work was done right the first time only shop i will use.

I had set up an appointment and was running late to be there. Andrew, Johnny and rest of your staff were Great. I showed up a almost at quitting time. And your staff went above and beyond to help me with my truck. Btw my alignment came out great. I would definitely recommend tires plus and especially this location.

Came to this place for the first time to have a friends battery tested and they were great. Several months later I took my own car in to have it inspected and the technicians went over everything in detail with me and helped me prioritize which repairs should be made first to keep my vehicle running safely. During my tire change, one of my hubcaps was accidentally cracked. One of the managers, Ryan, brought it to my attention at pick up and told me he was going to order a new one. Ryan maintained communication with me through the whole process and got it replaced promptly. Accidents happen and the team went above and beyond to ensure I had a great and friendly experience. I will drive across town to go to these guys and 100% recommend them to anyone who needs basic maintenance services.

I don't like how they always try to up sell everything when you're only trying to get 1 new tire, I feel like they try and shove extra things down your throat to make you spend more. I don't know if the front people get paid by commission but it certainly feels like it. Nice people but very forceful with Tires Plus product and service!

These people try to rip off college students.

I have been taking my car here for a while and thought they had great customer service, BUT a few weeks ago, I dropped my car off for a routine tire rotation and oil change and things went wrong. I was sitting in class and got two missed calls and a voicemail saying that my break pads desperately needed to be changed since they were on "0" and not doing so would cause further damage. They quoted me somewhere around $290+. I felt suspicious by their urgency, and so, I took it to Just Brakes on 50. Turns out I was good for a few 10,000 miles more before needing my brake pads replaced. I have spent $$$ here before because of urgent "issues" they found and now I am wondering if that was money waisted. NEVER COMING TO TIRES PLUS AGAIN.

Excellent service, big crew of mechanics on duty, very professional management, highly recommended.
