Excellent experience all around from the time I arrived until I left. Mechanic was professional and thorough. Extremely reasonable price for the service performed. Highly recommended

I had a 10 o'clock appointment to have tires mounted. I arrived early and was told at 10 they'd get me right in and out. At 10 they had taken in several walk ins and I was told it would be a minimum of 2 hours before they could get me in. No apology, nothing. I was also told there was only 1 person working because someone called out, though there were obviously 3 people working there. I left.

The customer service is OUTSTANDING!
They are patient and willing to address all concerns. Their sense of humor is delightful as well!

Back tires blew out while driving and they got me in out quickly and efficiently without costing an arm and a leg.

They were extremely fast and friendly I was in the middle of making deliveries and because of their quick performance I was able to make my delivery on time.

Got me into an emergency tow on the weekend. I got a new starter and was out by the time the shop closed.

Trust is the bottom line with car repairs and as a woman, I trust what they tell me. They're always kind, explain fully and work done timely while I wait.

I like about this place if I need my fluids filled in my tires are low they will help me at no cost. The customer service is very good The only thing you need an appointment. You can make also walk in and hope that there's not that much waiting time.

I've been going here for years and these guys have always taken good care of me. I believe they are honest and trustworthy and their prices are fair.

Get my oil changes done and tires here, reasonably priced, great service, very attentive to the car

I was facing a pretty severe car emergency earlier today. I had to drive out of the way to go to this location, but I'm so glad that I did. The whole team was extremely helpful, but Joe behind the counter was a ROCKSTAR. He kept me posted before, during and after. I will drive the 45 minutes to go to this location and get my maintenance & vehicle repairs done here going forward. If you go, ask for Joe!

As usual my entire shopping experience was awesome! The managers Steve was able to special order tires for me without any problems the staff is super friendly especially Adriana she went above and beyond to make my tire shopping experience that much better. I highly recommend shopping here, they treat you like family.

Its amazing to me that store such as this survive. They have zero customer service skill. I am sure the only reason they stay around is soley due to the nature of the business and thats too bad. Store personnel should appreciate their customer and this location does not. They are rude when they answer the phone: It comes across as though they hate thier jobs. I do not use this location and take my fleet to their competitor. I do not recommend this location to anyone. I hope corporate see this and responds so they can be filled in as to how business is conducted here. They deserve 0 stars

Everyone was very nice especially our service writer Joe. They were not pushy and only repaired what needed to be. Will definitely use them in the future.

I don't know how they are in business unless they just cater to New cars, you'd really would be a nut to go there for anything less than new tires and service on a new car and then I'd need a third opinion, can't trust or believe, they lied.

I'm not sure about the business itself but they had a great car show the other day I'm not sure how often it is though

I came in with a problem with my AC. I was greeted by customer service rep Steve. He handled my repair in a very professional manner. He showed me the problem parts and explained exactly what he would do to fix it. In just a few hours my car was repaired and at a very reasonable price. I feel that this shop was very honest and I feel that they didn't try to upsell me in any way. I feel that they only replaced what was needed and that they had my best interest in mind. I am very appreciative of this type of service and I wouldn't hesitate to come back for more work. I would also feel very confident in recommending a friend to have done work here. Thank you to Steve and the very professional staff here.

Not even sure why I bothered trying to use this place again. They apparently "don't install customer supplied parts". Also, the parts are unavailable for them to purchase. The parts in question- TPMS sensors, just needed the tire beads broken and I would have done it myself. Offered them $100 for their time and they declined.

Lazy doesn't even begin to describe it. Not sure why I even bothered after my last experience here where they severely over torqued the lugs. I'm a mechanic, my advice- go anywhere else.
