Tires Plus, Clearwater FL

I had an appointment for 10am to have my car checked out all around for an upcoming trip to South Carolina. I arrived at 945am and was taken care of right away. However, after about 30mins I was called up to the front and told the car had a bunch of problems. Shocks were worn, air conditioning wasn't getting cold, spark plugs were bad. I just had them done a few months ago at a Firestone facility in Dunedin, and a few other things. Next thing I know I'm up to 800.00. Then I was told the shocks were about 500.00. Now I'm up to 1400.00. I was stunned. I was told the shocks could wait another 20 to 30 thousand miles, then, told the spark plugs were ok, so now I'm down to 590.00 for air conditioning and a check up. When all was said and done and finally get my car back, I go outside and the hood of my car is still up and the battery cover was not back in place. I asked if they were done, and the guy told me yes, and I told him the hood is up and battery uncovered and he said oh they must have forgot to shut it. My seat was so far back, I could have taken a nap,
I fell into the seat and when I turned the car on the are was left on full blast Really? I covered the battery back myself and closed the hood and left. What poor service. Not sure I will go back again. My first visit was great, but, this visit. Not good.
