I went there for a tire and was quoted a good price for 1 tire. Cool I bring it in and they call me several hours later saying my car needs another tire. Ok I asked the guy when was the tires installed because I bought 3 tires last year. He told me they installed it last year which was true and I asked him what was the warranty on the tire? He said WE DONT WARRANTY OUR TIRES. Wait what so if I buy tires from tires plus you don't warranty there tires. So ok if I need tire please put it on. They called me back again to tell me no one has the tire even after he told me they did so they wanted to give me a different tire for twice the price. So they don't warranty there product and they lied to get more money do not get played by tires plus

This tire shop processes extremely slowly.
Instead, they should let their customers know how busy they are so that customers can decide to set an appointment or go elsewhere. The amount of walking they have is ridiculous someone like me that sets an appointment gets no priority

I recently installed 1 set of rear tires with tires plus they did a good job. Less than 2 days ago, I returned to instal 1 new set of front tires. I drive my car home and I haven’t driven since. I to my garage to discover my tires flat. I think nothing of it and I go to Wawa pay $2 for air and to find out my tire was NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. I have air seeping through my air valve.
I have a video and will be emailing the manager!

Good service. Can be pricey but they keep it real with you and all their work is under warranty.

My daughter had a car accident on I4 W near the Kirkman rd exit and Tires plus was the closest auto shop so her vehicle was towed there. We ended up having to file a claim for the repairs, the insurance company setup for the car to be towed to a dealership for repairs. Well Tires plus has held this process up for over a week because we owed them a 23 00 inspection fee that we were NEVER told about. I spoke to them on 2 separate occasions not to mention the hour and a half we were at the shop! No one mentioned this at all. The accident was July 2nd.they call today the 12th about the 23 dollars! Bad bad customer service on their part. I see why they have 3.8 stars!

The car is up on the rack and wants to charge 20 for a specialist to find out why their noise rattling under the car. Really? Went home and jack it up and it was the heat shield loose.really 20.00 rip off. I got my oil change and ask if they could see what's the noise coming from since I am getting oil change.but you will tell me brakes, light bulb, and everything else but a simple look. I need 20.00 to get a so called specialist. B. S.

Saved us a long drive from FL to PA on a tyre which had a nail on it. They patched it up in an hour. Our Disney trip went ahead uninterrupted.

Took car to get oil change. Was told that battery was low and should be replaced even though car had been starting and running like normal. The very next day car barely started and had to call AAA for new battery. Coincidence? Of course not. Whatever was done to check battery (even though I never asked to have it checked) or whatever else during service affected the battery to point of failure. Also told that turn signal bulb was out. Didn't notice it before although I shouldn't be surprised since very last time I went there I was told that the other bulb didn't work. Coincidence? Of course not. Not going back for sure.

Very good customer service and techs on point, keep you informed on issues with your car. Will go back.

I stopped in because of a slow leak in my driver's side rear tire, I didn't understand how they checked it through the hood of the vehicle. 5point inspection they said, shut my hood I said, I didn't ask for that. Let your customer's know what your doing before you do it.

Always good service. They try there best to give you great service and help with what just needs to be done. While suggesting things to look out for and things that will need to be taken care of in future either by you, them or another car shop.

Customer service is simply outstanding at Tire Plus on Kirkman road. I have brought my cars for tires, balance and oil changes for years and they have provided always a great service. Moreover, they run inspections with respective recommendations; which bring value to the service. Do not expect paying cheap, their prices are above average. Nevertheless, they are reliable, fast and professional.

It's always tough to tell honesty in car repair. Maybe I'm missing myself but we have been to multiple tires plus and I never feel abused leaving. They have helped me out of done crappy situations and cheaper than the BMW dealer.

They took my spare tire and when we asked they didn't have a matching one anymore! They've always been good to me but this ticked me off

Stay away from this location. I waited for an hour to get my tire patched and they didn't do it because my tire (3 month old) was too worn out. They suggested a new tire. Same suggestions were given to 4 other clients. I took to tire kingdom and had repaired with no problem

Every Time I go there they all treat me like family I am well greeted from the moment I get there and we’ll treated the moment I leave This Team is Grate I will recommend them to anyone and everyone their services is grate I don’t trust anyone but them. Keep it up guys
