Tires Plus / T Plumbing,INK, Friendswood TX

Wouldn't fix a screw in my tire because the edges were worn. Salesman pretty much bent me over the barrel since he knew we were going to the Orlando airport to catch a flight.

I was at 0.5 miles away from the tire shop by the Auto zone having a flat tire and i went to the tire plus the guy at the counter racist or non professional told me he couldn't help me i didn't have no spare no Jake and i explained to him i have money to buy a spare it's just the car is at 0.5 miles away by the Auto zone next to tire plus and one more time he said he can't help unbelievable!

We specificially drive to this location from Saint Cloud. All around great service and great people. Extremely helpful and efficient.

I've been to countless tires plus, This one by far is the best. The manager there helped me with my friends car situation his name was frank Laureano ended up leaving with his information to give other co workers of mine that need help with their car to go to him.he took his time to explain to my friend what was wrong with the car and would be best for her. He was very honest and my friend didn't feel forced like other places make you feel like tires kingdom or other tire companies.if your going to go to a tire plus go here and ask for frank! I highly recommend him!

Awesome service after I changed my tires and had an issue with weird sporadic deflation. These guys really do honor their warranty and always provide quality and timely service! All of the staff are really nice but Shout out to Randy and Shawn for being awesome at their jobs and helping me the last few times I’ve visited!

Just moved to the neighborhood and I didn’t know where to go for a flat repair. I called Tires Plus and spoke with Randy and he assured me he could get me in and out while I wait. Repair was quick and customer service was remarkable by Randy and staff. I Would highly recommend this place.

I asked for a standard oil change at $19.99 and came back to find out they did a premium oil change for a total of $50. These guys are dishonest and will take advantage of you.

After spending 4 great days at Universal, went to leave the resort only to find a flat tire. After calling several places to find an exact match for the tires I already had on my vehicle and having no luck, I called Shawn at Tires Plus back because of his professional and helpful customer service the first time I called. Offered to order and have tires matched and also told me what was in stock. Time was an issue and luckily the tires in stock were better than what I had. Since we had an 8 hr drive ahead of us, they made a stressful situation easier on us with all their fast and professional help.

Watch out for the oversell also they say they can fix run flats to make a sale even though they are not supposed to fix them

Tried to charge me a little bit extra.then offered items that man were just insane expensive.well service was done today and seemed good, so lets see how it goes.

I called ahead to see if they were busy. They said they could get me in within an hour. It's been almost 90 minutes and they still haven't started even checking on my vehicle. I appreciate that they're busy, but just be honest ahead off time so i can plan accordingly. Thanks.
Furthermore, and you're going to love this part.in the end they handed me a+$3000.00 estimate for work I had done a year ago. They just pulled up my last file (obviously, not updated) and barely looked at my vehicle. Long story short. $106 new tire elsewhere (Wal-Mart, who knew.) Problem solved. Don't let them rope you in. CROOKS!

Friendly people work at the Tire Plus on Kirman road! I was there to purchase a tire and was out within the hour. Don't be to much of a hurry they have a good bit of foot traffic. If you are doing more than a tire change best to book an appointment.

Great service and wonderful staff. I recently had some mechanical services done here.when I got there I was already frazzled about needing service and concerned that I would be spending a whole lot of money. The gentleman who assisted me, Randy was so helpful, he calmed my concerns by being kind and keeping me fully informed on what was needed for my car, which ended up not being as bad as I anticipated. My car was serviced in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I left there satisfied and will definitely be back to have my vehicles serviced.
