Total MD, West Palm Beach FL

Can’t believe this is owned by the same people who have the place on forest hill. This is the second time we were turned away a half hour before closing. So lazy and unprofessional. If you say you are open until 7 you don’t close at 6: 30. Our vet has higher ethics. Don’t waste the trip they may decide they don’t feel like seeing patients. I hope when your loved one is in pain you don’t seek care in an office like yours, you are just bad people. Complaint sent to medical ethics board

Total MD has been my "go to" place for urgent care. They are always polite, friendly and efficient. I have seen Brittny Boney, PA-C several times and she is extremely knowledgeable and empathetic. I highly recommend Total MD.

Terrible service. Reception staff is very rude & does not communicate with the doctors & nurses well. I was told I could arrange a payment plan but when I get there they tell me they don’t do that & its just a possibility but not certain. They’re charging a crazy fee just for a medicine refill/check up. They do not care about your severity at all. This medicine I need is NOT something I can miss.

Two weeks ago I called asking a couple insurance questions and to see if I could come in. I called at 5 pm on Friday. They close at 7 pm on Friday. The receptionist told me they had already stopped seeing patients and to come in on Saturday. She told me I would be able to see a doctor and confirm them as my primary care physician. She said I would also be able to get a physical and explain my symptoms in case I needed to get a referral for a specialist. I went in the next day, Saturday, and the front desk informed me that weekends are for Urgent Care visits only. They let me be seen anyway, which I appreciated, but then the doctor wasn’t informed that I wasn’t there for urgent care and almost left without seeing me. The doctor basically blew off all of my concerns and I had to keep stressing the severity of my symptoms for her to admit there might be a problem.
At the end of the appointment, the doctor told me that the receptionist would call me later with referral information to get me in with a specialist.
I tried calling today at 4: 30 pm because I’ve gotten worse— bleeding profusely— to see if I should go to the hospital or at least get the referral information. They close at 5pm today and their phone’s are already sent to the answering machine. What the hell.
I’ve worked as an urgent care receptionist in the past and I cannot wrap my mind around the lack concern/ lack of follow through here.

Always fast and caring. I have visited several times over the past several years. I am always treated with respect and the utmost care. The past few times have even been telemedicine so I don't have to come in. Thank you for constantly going above and beyond. Best!

Refuse the case and they fraudulent writing the note that is not in the submit our hand writing

For a returning patient, they act like your business doesn't matter poor very poor customer service, they sure won't be seeing me again

The doctors, nurses, and staff are amazing. This facility has always been my first choice for urgent care needs. Last month, I rushed my 11 year old son to urgent care but I had my 2 youngest children with me. The front desk staff were amazing. Erica took the youngest two and entertained them while I focused on my oldest. The male nurse was very knowledgeable about what my son was going through and the other nurses were very helpful in getting my son back to great health. I am so appreciative of you all because each of you stepped in with no hesitation from the people outside checking us in to the doctor assuring us that he will be fine. Thank you again

I just had a great experience having to go to see a Dr for. UTI. I chose this Total MD because of their good reputation and close proximity to my home even though they aren’t my primary. I chose to pay full price. From my initial call for information to my arrival process I was treated with respect and like a VIP. Truly professional and adhering to CDC guidelines. It is welcoming, spotless and a beautiful atmosphere. I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member who informed me that they accept my insurance if I change my primary care to them. I filled out all the paperwork and had a very short wait time to be called to an examination room. I was seen by Brittny Boney, PA and she was absolutely wonderful. Very thorough. This was my first experience at a Drs office in South Florida since I moved here 2 years ago and I am very pleased. Just based on my experience and several of my colleagues I highly recommend Total MD Family Medicine.

Called and informed previously was sick with flu but wanted to get checked to see if a sinus infection developed. Was told yes come and call when get to parking lot to have nurse come out to do a triage since a cough was with it. Then I arrived and called as instructed and then told no sorry no new patients and to go to emergency or health dept. I thought this was a walk in urgent care. Disappointed. Went to MD Now and treated much better.

Debbie Foley is such an asset to your team! I just had my physical and it was the most thorough and un-rushed appointment I've ever had. Every question I had was answered and had all the scripts I needed to continue my good health. I've even referred my friends to her and heard the same great things.you're awesome Debbie! The front desk ladies are awesome as well - never wait long and always courteous. Wonderful practice as a whole!

They are professional, they have care for the patients always ask how do I feel and depends on what I said that’s they focus! I wanna appreciate they dedication and love to they job also to us the patients! They are young but with a lot of knowledge compare to other oldest one there to me they are the best and this proved that sometimes having a lot of experience is not always good cause they think the know everything and is not like that! I don’t wanna said the names but just want to bring that up! And I wanna said having experience is learning from the mistakes not been in the field for years thinking you are an expert, looking other from you shoulders! And no one cares went you said you have 1000 years of experience, we the patients like to see the experience, Care, love and knowledge on your work! Thank you

Dr John Compitelli is an excellent doctor, he is very caring and helpful. On the other hand, Jillian at the urgent care in West Palm Beach was not helpful but rather dismissive and inattentive.

I asked to be seen by a doctor and twice they schedule me with an ARNP.
Then they have the audacity to charge my insurance hundreds of dollars for a basic visit where no testing or medicine was given. Outrageous billing, and they don't even have you seen by real doctors.

Sat in agonizing pain for 15 minutes while the people behind the desk chatted about weekend plans. Left without talking to a single person. Go ANYWHERE else

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. RUDE PEOPLE AND DR. SMITH IS THE WORST. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENT< JUST MAKING MONEY.

I’ve been to many out patient physical therapy locations in these past 3 years trying to recover from two surgeries my most recent being a lumbar fusion. Hands down this is the only place I would ever recommend you go to. They are an extremely knowledgeable kind and friendly bunch of professionals. You can actually feel and see the progress. Ty guys for everything!

Signed in at 8: 36 foe severe sinus and ear infection, left an hour later to go somewhere else because they forgot about me! On top of it they wanted $85 to still see me, read reviews and this place was a mistake for me.

Most satisfied And Will consult Wirth them should I Need Specialists of any kind. By The Way They have a Walk In Emergency Clinic.

I have been treated by Dr. Tim McQueeney with chiropractic medicine for a number of years. He has helped me every step of the way with whatever issue I am having. So you can say my body‘s been repaired and maintained by this quality team of professionals. The office staff is always courteous and efficient. I actually enjoy going to my appointments.
