Excellent care! Amy in Urgent Care is caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. I have complete confidence in her. I also have been seeing Dr. Campitelli for years and it doesn't get any better! The staff was great. I highly recommend this office!

Have been going to Total MD for several years now. Feels like family. The staff at the front desk are always so nice and helpful. Tenisha is great and Debra Foley really takes the time to talk and explain things to me and listens to what is going on. Always a great experience. Highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Drs. Campitelli & McQueeney for over a decade. The office is very efficient and the staff is extremely friendly. They have all of the primary care services. Whenever I have an issue with my insurance coverage the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great PCP and Chiro office!

I am very happy with Total MD. I have been seeing DR. Timothy McQueeney (Chiropractor) for over 10 years with a chronic neck issue. His bi-weekly adjustments have made my life pain free. I did try the medical side of the business last year when I cut a finger. I got right in and they took great care of me. I travel 30 minutes to see Total MD! It is worth it, to me.

Since my accident in January, I’ve been going to Forest Hill office. The girls up front and all the staff have been very kind and caring.especially to my 2 small children! Thank you!

I have been a patient for years. They have a wonderful, caring staff. The Dr.s are very pleasant to deal with. They talk in a language you understand. They care, as well as the staff, and it shows. The other patients coming back year after year shows it even more.

Found Total MD through the service they provide to Berean Christian School. From check-in (Erica is fantastic) to the Chiropractic group (Dr. McQueeny & assistants), to the PT team (Cynthia and Chris) and the phsysican group (Dr. Foley), every aspect is a 5 star experience. I use Total MD for much of my medical needs and highly recommend this fantastic group of health care professionals.

I highly recommend Total MD for all of your medical needs. It's a one stop shop! The staff is extra friendly, and the wait time is awesome.

Absolutely unfriendly staff!
When I walked in the Door, there was no hello or please have a seat I stood there and asked what should I so8? Fill out these forms or sign in? They asked me to sign in and wait. 20 minutes later they called me to fill out paperwork. The head clerk was arguing with the other staff members. She was very rude to the other patients. Spraying Lysol over the counter while they stood there.
Definitely not a place I intent to return to.

I have been going to Total MD for all my medical needs for the past 5 years and have been very satisfied with the level of service. If I need something, I call and I get whatever I need. The staff is very professional and pleasant. They really care what is happening to me and what my concerns are.

Awesome facility and staff. If ever you are sick or needs physical therapy best place ever.

Called for an appointment; the receptionist noted that it had been a while since I'd been to their office and stated "well, we don't want patients flip-flopping. " (going back and forth from doctor to doctor).
I guess it didn't occur to her that I hadn't been back because I had a bad experience the first time? One of the factors being the rude staff?

Additionally, the website states "walk-ins welcome. " She claimed that that only applies to emergencies, and that I would need an appointment.

I had a respiratory infection and went there. I was seen in less than ten minutes. The P A was very effective with her diagnosis and issued me a prescription I was healthy in a very short time. I am very pleased with the service. Thank you.

Just was turned away for care! Despite showing my medical insurance. How does a urgent care turn away clients WITH health care!

Went in expecting a 2-3 hour wait. We were called immediately after paperwork finished. Front desk staff were pleasant.

Nurse Danielle & Dr. Robert Campitelli make a great team! Danielle is amazing! "Second to none! " She is on the ball, dependable & reliable. Very hard to find someone who treats their patients the way she would expect to be treated. I Appreciate it! My friends pay extra for "concierge" doctors to get this kind of service!

Usually a good experience. Hard to book appointments with doctor so do so far in advance. Danielle has helped me many times with different situations.
