Good service from service writers for the most part 4 stars but here’s the issue, I needed a fuel pump recall that takes 4 hours and Toyota doesn’t have a loner vehicle! So I had the pleasure of Toyota not even taking me to the enterprise rental car place where they “pay” for the rental car. Toyota sent me a Uber which took 20 minutes and had to tell the service writer advisor several times my Uber got cancelled once I got to Enterprise. The rental car service tried to have me pay a refundable 50 dollars I had to wait an hour for the rental car.which was a darn Chevy spark which is the equivalent of an electric powered power wheel. It was hoop after hoop I had to jump thru like a circus animal! Next time I’ll drive extra whatever to a Toyota dealership that cares about customers and has loner cars!

John was awesome! Sincerely appreciate him pointing me in the right direction which allowed me to drive away in my beautiful new Rav4 xle premium. Also his attention to the details. He even helped me unload 20 cases of lemonade mix and way too many other misallanious items into my new vehicle! That has never happened to me before Tuesday!
Super impressed with everyone's professionalism and calm attitude. Finance is never the fun part but Christopher's calm professional yet very real demeanor kept me calm. They all definitely get the job done right! Arrived at 2: 44pm and was on my way home by 5: 27.

Ask for Carl! We have purchased quite a few cars from him and we've had a great experience each time. I asked many hard questions and if he didn't know the answer, he went and found it. He listened to our needs and helped ensure we got what we wanted. Jeff (sales manager) was also great and if you can work with these two, you'll have a great experience too!

My van was totaled by Hurricane Michael and a trip to Toyota of Fort Walton made the heartache so much better. Jeff Thompson and Matthew "Grits" Gritsavage where amazing! I came to them to look at a used van and it really was not what I wanted once seeing it. They did not give up on us and before the day was over I was driving home in a new 2018 Toyota Sienna and I love it! Thank you so much Grits and Mr. Thompson!

These guys have the best service. I had missed my appointment on a crazy busy Saturday by two hours and they still fit me in. They gave me a courtesy wash on my car and even cleaned out the tire wells. If you have to wait in their waiting area like I did, it is great with snacks and drinks included with football on TV and a kids play room.

Very hospitable. Willing to help me get into a good car despite my raw deal. Would recommend even though I didn’t get what I needed, but I do know what options are available to me in the future.

I had an outstanding experience with Toyota of FWB. I found the vehicle I wanted online, and was lucky enough to work with Chris Rieck, who made the entire experience painless and quick. I literally spent more time driving to and from PCB to FWB and back than the time I spent in the dealership - only 2.5 hours to test drive, arrange financing, sign everything, and have the car washed and spruced up. I'd also like to mention Jeff and Brandon in the finance office, who were incredibly helpful and explained everything thoroughly and clearly. It will be worth to drive from PCB for service if the service department is as nice as the sales experience! Thank you all!

I’m new to the area and my visit to the dealership was an awesome change from what I’m used to seeing. The facility is new with all the amenities needed to make your visit for service or buying a new car comfortable. My experience with the salespeople and management impressed me. Don't. Just don't buy from here. The week after my purchase of a 2015 Tundra I was replacing brake pads, circuit breakers, air filters, tires and exterior light bulbs. All of this AFTER my "150 point inspection" I was even told "we installed new brakes! ". They did not install new brakes. Save yourself the trouble, or at least negotiate way down and HAVE A MECHANIC LOOK AT THE VEHICLE BEFORE YOU BUY!

Amazing service all around since purchasing the vehicle. No regrets. The service department is fast with a nice waiting area and complimentary shuttle.
