My husband and I just bought a new Tundra from Tyler. We had an awesome experience and appreciate how patient Tyler was with us, as my husband went back and fourth on his decision. There was no pressure, and in the end, Tyler and Jim helped us make the best decision for us. The financing department was great and quick. Absolutely love this place! Bought my first car here because of the quality, customer service and the deals they provide with your vehicles. The sales people make you feel welcomed here and don’t pressure you into buying anything until you’re ready. The new dealership is very beautiful inside and out and very open/spacious. Will definitely come back here for any reasons for my car.

I would like to thank the employees at Toyota in fort walton, especially the general manager Kubi and the best sales consultant who will and has gone above and beyond to satisfied their customers. They have proven to me that there are still honest and good people in this world. If you are looking for caring and trustworthy people then this is the place to come and buy your car from. They will work hard to satisfy any customer.

Every now and again you come across a dealership that have competent salesman that don't need to try the usual, out dated sales tactics to get your business. However, this isn't one of them. Wasted an hour.

Never have I been to a nicer Car Dealership. They have a cafe with complementary snacks and drinks. Fresh popcorn and more. The have a Starbucks coffee machine that is the bee's knees. It makes delicious types of coffee, chia lattes and hot chocolate. The staff is so very kind and helpful. They have a lounge like you would see in a private airport. They spared no expense. The service guy, Mike was so helpful and knowledgable. I don't just leave good reviews for anyone. This place is rockin.
