The attention was very good from the sellers but the fee amount is 10k if as you read it 10k $ more is an exorbitant amount out of the norm I really do not recommend this dealer

That was a bad experience with this Chevrolet I got a car on December 3 2018 the car got a lot problems the keys not working the break it not working before I put a deposit for the car they told me they will fix all those problems but it not trust and my radio it not working for 2 days today I was talking to the General manager he told oh he not gonna paid $500 to fix the radio I work really hard to get my money and every months I gonna paid for the car $257 it not good tha’s really crazy and the general manager it not really professional at all when I called the bank they are told me Chevrolet supposed to fix the car

cuz I get only one month with the car.when You gonna get a car they are really nice but when car got problem they re really nasty with if i got someone need a car he or she want to go there I gonna tell them no bad experience

Chevy has been my family’s car salesman for many years and always makes the car buying experience rewarding to say the least. He’s patient, understanding and really works it out for his customers. The prices are reasonable. More so, he listens. I purchased my 1st vehicle here at this dealership 22 years ago and I purchased my child’s 1st car here today. Currently we have 3 generations in Chevy vehicles and in a few months, we’ll be back for another one. It’s always a pleasure at this Dealership and enjoy the phenomenal service provided by our salesman. Chevy Ruben! The financial manager was such a pleasure to work with. At the dealership the general manager Daniel comes out and disrespects me asking if I need to be Baker acted because I was complaining of my car I recorded this.

This my third auto purchase in some 28 years from Tropical Chevrolet. I’ve always received the decent service that you’d expect from a dealership. However after my most recent experience while shopping for a Chevy Volt, my opinion of Tropical has markedly improved.

From the moment I walked in the door to the final mechanical checkout, the entire staff bent over backwards to show personal interest in my needs. They worked hard to give me a fair deal, then sweeten it with extras before handing me the keys of my new vehicle. The financing steps were clearly explained then expedited by an extremely patient and professional financial specialist. The service manager helped me with technical support and then decide on the appropriate warranty plan. All the details were supervised by Isiah Seda who takes his job as a sales specialist seriously.

Had some issues with my vehicle and insurance company, but Joe and Carlos in the body shop really helped out and made it right. Also Robinson in sales superb.

Typical bait and switch dealership. Promises you things on a $70k car, even putting it into their own financial agreement contract, only to turn around and tell you to your face (Danny the General Manager) "We lied to you" and "sue us then".

I have been purchasing my vehicles from Tropical Chevrolet since 1999 and I have always had a pleasant experience, from beginning to end. Although there is a Chevy dealer about 5 minutes away from my house I will always take the 20-30 minute drive to bring my vehicle to them for service.
