I would like to thanks the manager Luis, Chevy Ruben, Amy, the finance lady for our experience there. They went out of their way for my husband and I. A few bumps at the beginning with a sales lady and at the very end but I’m really happy with the results. Thanks to Bradley as well. They are willing to help the customers, satisfy their needs and treat them in a very courteous manner. Definitely I’ll recommend Tropical Chevrolet to my friends.

Have been coming here since 2011. They have the best service team in place now. They always take care of me and my car. The quality of service can match any high end brand I have received previously having ownered BMW s and Acura’s.

BEWARE. AVOID AT ALL COST. Took my car in for body work after an accident. Had employee remove items from my vehicle on dash cam.

Abusing elderly I came in on a reservation for 930 at 900 am.with my mother-in-law 72 years old, her son bought her the 2019 Trax. At 500 pm he went to pick it up and it was not even touched we have a signed we owe from your sales manager Eddie Calderon video shows him laughing and trying to fight a customer and the car is still not even finished

I came in two weeks ago dropping off my 2012 Chevy Camaro for service and the repairs came up to more than expected so Tropical Chevrolet offered to help me find a new car. Two weeks later, I’m working with Advisor, Isaiah who has worked endlessly to make a deal happen. While working alongside, Omar, I was able to leave the lot with a 2017 Chevy Camaro. Thanks Tropical Chevrolet for everything! I would recommend this dealership.

I purchased my 1st Chevy today. The experience at Tropical was great, The Sales Manager Eddie Caldoron and Salesman Harris McBride along with Minelli Reyes and Lisa Glynn made this purchase easy and painless process. After selecting my vehicle the Finance Manager Amy Williams walked me through all the warranties with a full understanding. This was one the best experience and I would recommend anyone to Tropical Chevy.

Excellent Customer Service At First
But then I finally get my car after 3 hours of waiting and the only difference is the key ring I had to wait 3 hours just for you guys to change the key ring wow.

Beware of the terrible service performed at this location was even shuffled around by the general manager Daniel you have lost a customer that has bought several cars this year apart from my family which will also stop doing business with this dealership.
I would not have given you such bad review if my vehicle was taken care correctly having to bring my new vehicle 4 times because of the sloppy And terrible job the service department did this cost me time and stress to keep having to take it back.as for your response you have all my information including my phone number I also e mailed you with no reply

All I can say is wow. Worse dealership I have ever dealt with. My advice is to anyone looking to seriously buy a car, don't go here. Better deals and dealers just have to drive a bit.
