Darin is one of THE best employees. His knowledge of product is superb. He’s always super helpful and polite. He makes coming to this dispensary worth it for real patients who use this as medication. I love his recommendations! Super valuable and I will come back just for him.

This review is for their new location on northlake blvd. Why open a new location if you’re not going to staff it. Average wait after receiving text that your order is ready 1hr- 1.5hr after you arrive. 5 people left because they had already been waiting over an hr. So much for first impressions.

This place is only good for the flower. If you want good concentrates or good edibles go else were i promise. The carts, hands down go to med men.

I came in to exchange puffco plus and I dealt with Jorge Valdez. I usually have a great experience and leave a tips for my tenders. His professionalism and attitude sucked and is a poor representation of Trulieve employee customer service standards.

Long wait times, advertises things they do not carry. Supposedly they restocked flower this morning. They open at 10am. By 10: 05 they had a 30+min wait and by 10: 40 they had already sold out of the flower they had just stocked.website isn't very accurate at times. There are better, more friendly dispensaries with way better selection and less turnover in med tenders.

I got up early and went to trulieve, i waited in the waiting room for about 35 min before they told me they were out of flower. That should be the first thing they tell us when we walk in, Intead of wasting everyone's time.

Best dispensary around! They have everything and great people working there Liz and Maggie ESPECIALLY! Thank you for being great ladies. It's not until I get home that I really appreciate what you do for me. Thanks alot

I loved the feel of this place from the first moment I walked in. But then the medicine stopped helping so much so I told Roger A.what was going on and he recommended a different product. He was knowledgeable, friendly and addressed my specific problems. I LOVE the effect of the new product. It was exactly what I wanted. Im grateful to Roger and all the Trulieve associates who maintain professionalism while maanaging to make u feel like family. I love that they know my name on sight. I belong there.

I walked into Trulieve for the first time with a friend the other day and was automatically surprised with how friendly everyone was as soon as we walked in the door. Once we we’re taken to the back we were greeted with the friendliest smiles by Barry and a new girl Bri we were told she was in training and thought it was a joke because of how quickly she took care of us.
We love Trulieve and I see lots of good things coming for Bri and this location!

I went to Trulieve today, September 19th and I had a lot of questions regarding TruClear. I did not understand how it worked. Christian, at the West Palm Beach location, was really helpful. She was very informative regarding your products. I was very impressed with my experience today. I visit Trulieve often but today was exceptionally well. She is an asset to your company! The five stars is for today"s visit.

Have been to this location quite a bit. Trulieve Management Team take note and put BUD TENDER, ROBERT A.on the fast track for a promotion and management/leadership position. He always has a great attitude, is able to answer specific questions about products, and has provided several recommendations that worked out very well for me. Even when this location has 11 people in the lobby at 7: 45PM or there is a hurricane warning underway he's been happy and capable to help, and I leave feeling better than when I walked in! Also, I appreciate that the flower supply and variety has been improving down this way. Keep it up Trulieve! I'll continue sending new patients and customers your way!

I've been to all the despensorys in the area and this is by far the best! Staff is very friendly and have lots of knowledge. Robbie was awesome. Barry is the man too!

Cass was a great bud tender, she took care of everything i needed, and even searched around for a few extra requests I had and found anything she could for me that was available. THE ONLY downside or negative about this location is supply and demand. They do have the best products around and as a result, They are a VERY busy location and run out of product quickly. So if you do not order online ahead of time, pop in visits can be disappointing, especially if you drive a distance or get stuck in traffic.
