Robbie is outstanding! The last few times I've come into the store, as a walk in, Robbie has always taken good care of me. He thoroughly explains the aspects of medicinal differences, throughout Trulieve's product line. As a Combat Veteran, I have come to appreciate the legalization of medicine. And I also appreciate the entire staff at Trulieve WPB. They are always professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

They're the cheapest in town by a long shot, but avoid coming into the store. I just had a more than one hour wait. Really really awful 80s love music every second. They automatically let online orders through first even when the line is massive, so you're going to have to either order online or avoid it.

There are several reasons I use this office specifically. Among them:

-There is a large staff on premises so waiting times are kept to a minimum. You don't feel pressured to make a quick decision while people behind you tap their feet. It also allows you to talk with the employees to determine which strain, delivery method, etc.works best for you individually.

-There is a large waiting room. I've been to another office that has 6 chairs and you have to wait outside if those are in use.

-They generally have products in stock. The website inventory system is inaccurate for all branches (strains and products listed on the website aren't in the store) but this office has a pretty good inventory.

-Robert A. I ask for Robert A.when I visit the store because he listens to my needs and suggests products specifically for me. I'm a really low-dose user and it can be frustrating to explain this to a different person every time I visit. Robert A.is the first person I've met in any dispensary who I consider a consultant.
