I showed up right before close, dropped off my phone to be repaired. Picked it up the next day. Samsung phone, so apparently when they do screen repairs on a note 10+ it comes with a kit that includes a bunch of extras like the frame, so basically got the whole phone externals replaced. Next day I was able to track my repairs on the website and pick up the phone. Perfect experience.

After examining my phone, it has a screen protector attached which is good, but the back panel wasn't attached cleanly, there is about a mm gap on one corner, so I doubt it's water resistant anymore. I put it in a case so I don't notice the gap, just hope it doesn't get wet.

Took my phone in for a home button repair. The Apple store was going to charge a lot, but ubreakifix found the issue right away and fixed it for free in 10 minutes. Super professional, helpful service and will definitely be back with any other technical issues I may have in the future!

Insisted I have my pin to unlock the phone despite the back being the only thing damaged. Whoever "tested" it after the repair wasn't the smartest, they disabled my developer mode, changed my default browser and opened my photo gallery (among other things). Weren't smart enough to close the apps after doing so which I'm OCD about so I'm 100% sure I didn't leave them open (who the hell uses the Samsung browser anyhow). I'd highly recommend going elsewhere.

I highly recommend them to anyone in need of phone or computer repairs. They are highly knowledgeable honest and friendly. I would also like to personally thank John for quickly repairing my phone and getting it back to me and doing so for a very fair price. I would and will return there for all of my phone and computer repairs in the future. They're a very good company.

I brought my daughters Mac book into their business for repair. She broke her headset jack in the port. I was met by a very courteous person. She immediately took the computer to the back to have the technician look at it. Devin removed the broken piece is just a couple of minutes. He brought the computer back to us and said have a great day. Wait a minute I need to pay. Nope-he wanted nothing to do with that. It only took a couple of minutes and no parts were needed. Let me tell you what, that kind of customer service is almost non existent. I have a couple of local businesses where we have over 40 I pads combined. Devin you have earned my business when the need service. Keep up the great job.

I broke my wife's screen for her touch screen laptop and she was not able to use her computer. Needless to say she was very upset and I needed a fix to get out of the dog house. I took it to Best Buy but they wanted $85.00 before they could tell me how much it would cost to fix it. They suggested that I go to the Ubreakifix store on East Colonial and maybe they could help me there.

I took the computer to Ubreakifix and Devin took a look at the screen and told me that this would be a costly repair and it would not be worth it because the repair would probably cost almost as much as the lap top was worth. He suggested that he could disable the touchscreen feature and the laptop would work in the normal way without any problems. He did this and sure enough the computer was working like new only with a cursor instead of the touch screen. I asked him if there was a charge for for the repair and there was not.

I would highly recommend Devin and Ubreakifix to anyone looking for tech repairs. They are very professional and honest.

Recently brought my XBOXoneX in for a repair, it stopped working, called this shop and told them the issue. They said they could repair it and they were going to run a diagnostic on it, called me back and asked if they could go ahead with the repairs, obviously I said yes, they quoted me 199$ to repair the issue, definitely on the pricey side but I said yes anyways and to go ahead with the repair, a week or so go by and they called me saying they couldn’t repair it and it was non fixable, LOL what a waste of time, I searched around and found a place called “TDR repair” that had a shop based out of port orange Florida, they diagnosed the issue as soon as they got it and only quoted me 70$ to fix it. And on top of that they were able to fix it! Don’t use this place go to TDR Repair.

Amazing staff and management! I had an issue with a repair and the general manager personally spoke with me so that we could resolve my issues, and we did. All of the employees that I had the pleasure of speaking with were extremely nice and patient with me throughout the whole process. They provided amazing customer service. I would 10 out of 10 recommend coming to this ubreakifix, I know I will for my future repairs!

Dropped my 6S in the ocean, put it in some rice overnight (didn’t help). Phone wouldn’t charge, couldn’t hear any audio noise and it eventually died. Brought it here and they fixed it within the 24 hours that it dropped. Not all circumstances are the same as mine, but I’d still recommend them.

QUICK AND EXCELLENT SERVICE! Walked in with a phone sound issue and realized there was something stuck in headphone jack. Fixed it in minutes. Thank you!

Cameron was friendly & helpful. He'd told me they'd have my phone fixed before my flight which was in 2 days & in a few hours I got a call telling me that my phone would be ready in a hour. Apparently it was the battery & new one cost me $80.00 or thereabouts. It was well worth it. Thank you.

Best Buy was wanting to charge me $200 just to look at my laptop and uBreakiFix checked it out for free and told me what was wrong with it 2 days after I dropped it off. They only charged me $179 to fix the problem and it was done quick.

These guys did a great job. I came in with my iPhone and the ear speaker was muffled. They fixed it in about 30 minutes and had great customer service.
