Great service and communication. Alvin made sure I was informed about time and when he knew it was gonna be longer he let me know ahead of time. Once it was fixed I met Evan who did a great job putting the screen and making sure it was spotless. Thanks guys.

I took two of my iPhone devices in to get checked out by them and they were able to tell me exactly what was going on with my device. They were very clear with their guidelines and they made sure I knew of any fore-warnings. Very courteous customer service and they hold true to their word.

Went in for a battery replacement, they said they had to take the cover off and thus they did in the back. Few minutes later the guy comes back with my phone saying the back of my S7 edge was shattered. How does this happen with a steel case? God knows only the people behind those walls know. Lesson learnt, make sure they take the case off the phone in front of you, if not they will also want you to pay to fix the back of the phone too.

Excellent service came in to fix my iPhone port in connection and was fixed in less than 10 mins. Will definitely come back to this location on 50 and alafaya.keep up the great and honest work.

My computer had a problem with the fan and they fixed it in under an hour! Super quick and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend the store on Alafaya in Orlando

Great Service! I went to get my phone dock replacement. Instead they did a 5 minutes clean up and fix my problem.

Took three visits to get my Pixel 2 'fixed' and I still have problems. While replacing my screen they broke my bottom speaker, the speaker was replaced free of charge but still didn't work as they had damaged the mother board. They replaced the motherboard free of charge however now my screen is coming out of the frame and will be making a fourth trip to the store tomorrow. Just pay the extra money to get your phone repaired by your carrier.

Evin helped me with my Mac Pro, he explained to me clearly what needs to be done and was very friendly. I highly recommend this place!

The staff is very nice and friendly, but I took my phone there twice to have my back camera fixed. The first time they replaced the lens. I got my phone back perfectly fine. Everything was working. The next day I brought it back for them to replace the actual camera itself when they got the part in and now my 3D Touch doesn’t work. I paid $160 for that and they said to replace my screen I would have to pay for it? Like what? They broke my screen in the process of replacing my camera but I’m the one that has to pay for the new screen? I’m very upset

Evin is the greatest. Courteous informative.and modest. I would steal this employee in a heart beat. I watched him handle two customers ahead of me. His knowledge and manner is an asset to your company.
He takes his time and moves along. I’m keeping my eye on him. A job offer may be in the works. Thank you
