I had gone to other places to repair my phone and they charged more and also did not have the parts in stock this place was professional explained everything to me the price was extremely reasonable and they had original Samsung parts I give them an A plus my phone was fixed within 2 hours

Well, they say you get what you pay for and it is truth this place is a little more expensive than others but the quality of work they're putting out is very good. They went the extra mile for me and the device was fixed at the time they said it was going to be, returned my device very cleaned and well put together.

The staff here were friendly and professional. They did a good job of managing safe social distances between customers by having only one customer inside at a time, and the rest of us waiting outside 6 ft apart. I cracked my iphone screen really bad and now it looks brand new. The only thing was that the repair took around 15 minutes more than they had estimated. I would recommend their service and use them again.

The service and quality of service is exceptional. Very quick and professional. Everything on the phone works perfectly. I would take all my devices here to be repaired. You won't regret it.

I needed the glass replaced on my smartphone. Prior to my visit they answered all my questions (like how I should prepare the phone, files to delete, back up, etc.) and when I brought it in they did just what they said they'd do. And, when it was time to pay, it turned out the the mfg.had reduced the price of the replacement glass and they passed that on to me. Of course that's what they should do, but my point is that if they hadn't passed that $80 reduction I'd never have known. I'd have given a good review regardless, the savings was icing on the cake. I've had repairs done at another uBreakiFix location and received the same high level of service there as well.

Took in my Pixel for a battery replacement (their diagnosis) was told that if that wasn't the reason it had random shut down issues that repair was under warranty and they would know more. Got the phone back COMPLETELY DEAD. "Sorry wasn't the battery must be the mother board and we can't fix that. "!?
I took in a working phone now I have a paper weight and have to buy a new phone! Does that seem right?
Still waiting on a call back from Customer service.

Very expensive and parts are cheap please try another repair store save yourself sone money and hassle. Nog happy at all. Waist of $100

Customer service is most definitely a 10 out of 10. Took my phone in early this morning, they didnt originally have the replacement for my LG Stylo 3, and it was looking like it was going to take a couple days, but the gentlemen I was talking too, worked some kinda magic, and it was done in a few short hours. Highly recommend this place. These folks are kind, courteous, and fast. Good prices too. Thanks guys!

This is a very professional repair shop. I made an appointment online and was able to get a quote on my repair of my iPad Pro screen. I was quoted $299. That is the going rate since you have to replace the LCD and the screen. They were very helpful and easy to work with.

Michael really went above and beyond what I expected here. I have had a few things fixed at this location and everything usually goes smoothly. But what impressed me more believe it or not was when I had a repair issue! They truly cared about making it right rather than just leaving me to fend for myself and THAT'S the main difference between competitors and these guys. Thank you guys for putting the customer first!

Initially came in with a dead battery to be replaced. They broke the wifi antenna in my phone and replaced the semi-cracked screen without asking. The wifi antenna was fixed and as was the battery, but the screen glitched out every where and I was not able to use the phone without it having a mind of its own. We went back three times to get it replaced and each time it didn't work. They use very cheap screens. Would not recommend.

I took my iPhone in for repair. The tech took my phone to the back room for a couple of minutes and brought it back fixed. Wow that was fast! Awesome techs.

Amazing Service! Took my daughters iPhone 6 Plus in today.water damage due to using LIFEPROOF NUUD case recently purchased at Best Buy in Coral Springs. Used the phone at the beach yesterday and now the phone was not charging. Unbreakifix was amazing they fixed my daughters phone without charging me. They did tell me the phones battery needed to be replaced. I bought a new battery for under $65. Thank you again UNBREAKIFIX for fixing my daughters phone. You guys are awesome!
