So it's Friday 5/5 1: 30 pm, just totally wasted my time coming in to this place. I walk in and tell the kid with glasses my problem. Need to replace the charging port on my galaxy s6 edge +. Oh boy he sighted and say it was extremely expensive, and difficult and so on. I don't care how much it was. His answer did not inspire confidence in his ability to fix the problem. That's the worst customer service, and that's definitely not the way to sell a service.
My wife dropped her Galaxy S5 this morning on the way to a friends house. The screen was completely black so I thought it was done for. Thank goodness we were able to bring it in to these guys and have it fixed the same day! Now the phone is as good as new and I havent missed a beat. Thanks fellas!
