Great staff! They were patient and helpful. I showed up close the end of the night and didn't realize it. I wasn't rushed until security came up to me and told me the store was closed and needed to leave. I had several items in my hands. I left them then bought what I wanted online. I wish a staff member let me know. It was the first time I shopped in that plaza since before lockdown. Stores close much earlier than they used to.

Anyway? Great info so I can make a choice.

Aida was so knowledgeable and helpful with finding me make up products that would fit my lifestyle and skin care best.didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything, spent quite a bit of time with me explaining everything, and I ended up leaving with a bunch of products that I love!

Hi. 3 days before I go to the hair cut ‍️ and perm. OMG The lady (Elise) he didn't know how to start. No wash my hair, (no shampoo- no conditioner) the hair cut it’s terrible. I’m super sad. I don’t know who it’s the manager (but nobody say me sorry) my husband when it’s see me asking what’s wrong with my hair. Not finish my hair. The service it’s very bad.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Michelle, blonde with tattoos, threw my bag with my purchases on the counter and was the rudest employee I have ever met. Don’t shop at this location because i’ve never experienced this sort of sales rep.

Wonderful! The head cashier was so enthusiastic to help me! I have been looking for clinique exfoliating scrub which most retailers are out of for some reason. She went the extra mile to find me a store that has it and called them to put it on hold for me. While she was on hold, she even wanted to call another store with her own cell phone! My only regret is that I did not take her name.

The general manager told me to shut up customer service, rep told me to shut up wr when refunding my item they threw it to me at the counter I mean do not go to this Ulta beauty are you a treated if you are a certain color because in that story was nothing but s five Caucasian women and this is what happened and all i was trying to do was refunded or get the right item.it was simple but since the two Caucasian women decided he told me to be quiet they were older than me or they don't got to do nothing leave the store just get out close your mouth that I was really in our do not go to the Deerfield Beach mall Ulta are you liable to get the same treatment from the establishment of the general manager of the store manager or the wonderful young to lady that assistant me and telling me to be quiet

Store manager Debra, violates Ulta Corporate Policy and discriminates against people with disabilities. Corporate actually called while I was there to speak with her and she still refused me service due to my medical disability. She told all store associates also not to provide me service. Seriously sad. Attorney notified as well as Department of Justice. So sad that some people in this world have no morals and compassion. UPDATE: I was contacted by District Manager Sarah. She was very sweet. She apologized to me for the behavior of the store manager. Explained that all associates will be trained to have understanding of medical disabilities. I will go in a few weeks and I hope I am not treated the same. I appreciate management reaching out to me.

I was apalled as a customer at the store in Deerfield Beach. I asked for assistance and they were extremely rude with comments not only during the time where I ask questions about products, but when I went to cash out the cashier practically was rude when I did not want to share my private cell phone number. She said well you’re gonna have a problem If you don’t give me your telephone number, when you come back if you have to return something. I thought this was extremely rude and unacceptable. I pay a lot of money for a private line for my privacy as far as my cell phone goes if I did not wish to give her this information she should’ve just respected that and not made the rude comments. I will never go back to the store. I would much rather go to a mall and purchase my beauty supplies where I am treated with common courtesy and respect.

Never returning. Received a curbside pickup order (BE CAREFUL OF THESE) and I was missing an item (for reference, it was $4.50).

Staff refused to assist, claiming there's "no possible way" that happened and offering no resolution in any way. Because curbside pickup has no room for error? This isn't drugs people, it's makeup. Calm down.

I have done the curbside pickup MANY times and never had an issue, yet naturally now when I didn't check the bag before leaving (because of course no one can be trusted anymore to get what they actually pay for) one item was missing, and the manager (Devin) refused to provide any solution.

First, he dragged me into "searching my confirmation emails" because "obviously" Ulta would have notified me if something was out of stock (didn't happen). After rummaging through, I made it clear this didn't happen, because they stated everything was provided, which simply was not the case here.

I don't know who slipped up, cared less for accuracy or straight stole on my behalf, I don't care.but having several years' retail background I understand the balance between both the rigidity in preventing customer "shams" as well as attempting to satisfy routine customer inadequacies, neither of which were applied correctly here. Clearly, this location is unequipped to handle such situations properly (the struggle with corporate businesses in general) and it becomes a "their word against yours" debate, no matter how absolutely correct you are.

Well - being that I'm not in the business of buying things I don't receive, I won't shop here anymore. Will that damage their financial revenue? Surely not, but now people are going to be at least aware of the inherent risk in pursuing their business with this poorly run establishment.

Corporate resolved, after providing all store/employee data to research further. Store staff are buffoons.

Shop elsewhere if you can! But if you DO shop here CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

Went for a facial. It's done in a pod in the corner of prestige cosmetics. No door. On the other side of little wall 4-5 employees unloading product. Cancelled. Loud, noisy and uncomfortable. Facials should be quiet and relaxing. This is the opposite.

Best beauty supply store ever.to can try everything and if you have the loyalty card they give you gifts on your birthday. I can spend hours here.they always have great deals

Can't say enough gray things about Ulta. I love that they carry high end and lower end cosmetics. I can find everything I need from hair care to nail polish in one place. I tell my husband I'm only going to be a minute.but he knows better when I go to ulta. I could spend hours looking through the makeup.

This location is fine but the sales staff can be a bit aggressive. I just want to browse cosmetics and be left alone most of time or I know what I want and where to find it. If I needed help, I'd ask.

First, I couldn’t find anyone to help me when I went in to this location this afternoon. I actually stood near the salon for almost 5 minutes waiting to get the person’s attention. I finally walked away. When someone finally did help me, I asked one question and it turned into an interrogation that was aggressive and down right rude. I haven’t been to this location in about a year. I now remember why.

This is my go to ULTA store! All the employees are super sweet and helpful. The brow bar is great- I'm always happy with the results. If you're getting your eyebrows done Danielle is awesome at it. Need help finding something around the store? Juliet knows a lot about make up and I'm sure she'll give you a good recommendation.
