Ulta Beauty, Deerfield Beach FL

No greeting, no assistance for the 45 minutes I spent there, had to wait about 5 minutes for a cashier to appear, and my digital coupon wasn't valid because I bought a "high end product" according to the cashier. So, I think my first experience with Ulta will be my last.

Never ever enough cashiers. Sales people ignore the customer, but find time to chat with one another or on their cell phones.

Girls are always ready to help with a big smile. I went in blind and they provided me with the best gift for my fiancee. Great selection and clean inside.

The price is a little steep, at $40 for a mani/pedi (French mani), but the service was good. The girl who did my nails worked very hard. I would recommend bringing your own polish, as it only lasted one day.

This Ulta location is great! Everyone that works here is so happy and eager to help. They keep the location very clean and well organized. And the staff is very knowledgeable about all the products. They are really open about their recommendations and are great when you need help choosing between two like products

I am a tourist visiting. I came here because we don't have Ulta in Montreal but we have a lot of other high end brands. I wanted to give five stars but found the cashier to be incredibly rude and condescending. I was there last night and she seemed more concerned about talking about her Gwen Stephani/Scary Spice she-devil buns then serving her customers. Your floor staff is amazing though. Unfortunately I don't think I will be returning. Her tone and condesceding attitude will be the last thing I remember about this store. She actually rolled her eyes at me. Maybe a new coaching on class and manners are needed for this cashier. I'm sure there are plenty of classier people that would love her job.
