United States Postal Service reviews
24I paid almost $60 to send a package last January. It was supposed to arrive by the 31st of January, but got LOST until the middle of March! Tracking couldn't even find it. It was a very large box, not something that could fall thru anything.
Waited over 20 minutes to speak with a supervisor no one came out, even after the postal clerk rang the bell several times.
The Postal clerk was kind enough to try and assist me in the matter.
Its great. Its a really easy way for me to ship off anything I need to ship off. Really great place. Even some of the workers will just really make my day with their positive attitude. Really great place.
I went in to USPS in St Lucie West off Peacock Blvd. Lost my tracking number to a package I had mailed out in December 2020. Dwuana (mail clerk) did a fantastic job not only finding my tracking number, but she also found out where the package was located last. Dwuana is an awesome mail clerk. Thank you for all your help Sherrie R
Never did I think I'd be writing a review for a post office (and a positive one at that). The counter staff and manager here is great. I've gone at several peak times (just prior to the election and during xmas) and even with a line out the door they moved people along at a great pace. Both times even with a line out the door I was in/out within 15 minutes. Very impressed.
I’ve always had great service at this post office. But I forgot to put the apartment # on an order that was being delivered today, 7 different packages. Christine, with no hesitation and the most positive attitude, was ready to help with whatever I needed. We had to research 7 different tracking numbers and she couldn’t have been more patient. She probably has no clue the impact she made on my day.
I've always had great service and average wait time is not long. Usually I'm in and out in 10-15 minutes if I'm shipping a package.
Thread to suspend mail delivery, left carrier note as to where to get flag, no response

Yesterday 8/6/2020 approximately at 5: 10pm, one of your female workers attentive, cordial with great customer service skill kindly put some priority mail tape around my box. All the sudden a man by the name of Kirk removed the tape and screamed to the worker in the presence of clients and co-workers. This man lacks professional skills and basic human manners. I am affirming my position to also file a complaint with the office of consumer affairs because I am not a second class citizen and neither the female worker. I own a company and send packages on regular weekly basis using USPS services. I respectfully request the complain department take proper action with Mr. Kirk.
I hereby certify of facts of the foregoing has been delivered to USPS and inspector General
Exterior drop box is gone and interior drop box is always full locking the chute handle so it won't take additional items so you can't use that drop box either.
Do yourself a favor, use another shipping service. I had a package mailed from Illinois. Tracking has said in transit to another facility since the 16th it is now the 21st with no update. It was escalated to management who said it was a delay due to covid however no knowledge of where the package is physically located. The contents of the package has a value of over $1000 and could have issues due temperature extremes.
The delay is not the issue, the issue is where is the package sitting in a HOT truck? Warehouse? Or Stolen from truck, damaged?
I go to the post office a few times a year to pick up supplies, stamps, or send out mail. I haven’t had any issues with this branch. Service was good.
After waiting a long time in line, the guy gave me such a hard time about sending books with the media rate. He was so rude to me.
This is the second time a payment of mine has been LOST (1st one to AT&T) (2nd one to Comcast) and NEVER made it to their destination! I am losing all my trust in your service.you need to improve. Thank you
I have had a PO Box at this office well over 20 years. The employees there are very courteous and helpful. Time spent in lines is minimal except for holidays but even then it’s not too bad. I’ve always enjoyed my visits to this Post Office!
I have been going to this Post Office 4-5 days a week for over 2 1/2 years and my experience has been VERY positive. Gerard, Andre, Kirk, Brandon and all have always been pleasant and easy to work with. I have found that if you carry an encouraging countenance into the place there is a warmth that becomes evident. I often have numerous packages they must scan for me and they are always efficient and helpful. I am very thankful for the Lucie West Post Office. It has earned my highest rating!
Man, this place is questionable, especially Eric. I had to repeat and repeat and repeat my tracking number SIX times to him! I gave it to him in sets of four: he just could not get it! THEN he told me he COULD NOT ship my package to the correct address by changing ONE NUMBER On the zip code. Even though it was perishable. This man was very short with me. HE FULLY REFUSED. Later I found out he could have done this. And later I found out 'he's new'. He's got a LOT to learn about customer service. He at least could have been nicer. Glad I don't have to deal with HIM or this PO location again! Good luck, Port St. Lucie!
I was just in and was treated with such rudeness that I was totally surprised! I have never been treated in such a manner by any Postal Employee before. Brandon and the female to his right were horribly rude. I was in front of another guy, received the items I needed to fill out and moved to an appropriate place to fill them out. The guy behind me gets his items and refuses to move, hence, instead of asking him to finish at another counter, she makes me wait and takes care of him. No one else was in the store. Also, the Brandon boy proceeded to fill his shelves with supplies and finished prior to assisting me. In addition, he developed an attitude when I suggested he stock his shelves when no one is waiting. He should not make people wait because he is unorganized! Especially, during this time!
Had mailed Delivery forwarded for a temporary period And they sent me a confirmation letter and mail was never forwarded it’s building up in my mailbox
I took my letter to the post office and 2 days later it showed up in my mailbox. It was mailed to my address and not where it was supposed to go smh
