24 I went today to get some info about the best approach to a situation I had. My first contact was with tall older guy with an almost offensive tone and demeanor and seemingly lack of comprehension. I was tempted to give a, except for the sake of Brandon who came to my rescue. I eventually left feeling totally satisfied that my query was addressed completely and the best approach to my dilemma was arrived at. This I think was achieved mainly through listening for starters and then applying knowledge of the job.

Friendly staff, always willing to go the extra mile to try and help you out if you have an issue with a package, the employees are great at this location! Also one of the few post offices that I 100% trust with live animal shipments. Have been to this post office for years and my only issue is that they don't answer the phone at this location, otherwise haven't had a problem yet.

Horrible service I have already complained more than 6 times for leaving my articles and correspondence watered in different places. And so far everything remains the same means that it does not interest what you say to improve the service
Yes there is always long lines here but that's not my big issue. I mailed a card at this location a few months ago. It required extra postage because it was a fancy pop up type card. I waited in line and got to the cashier (chunky Spanish guy) He asks me "what's inside? " I said " it's just a card" well there was actually a gift card in there for my aunt's Birthday but that's none of his business. But surprise surprise the card never got to her. I've also mailed a few other cards from here that never got to the destination either. So just be aware. They should really do some investigating because they have a thief among them!
