Great smoke shop, hard to beat their prices anywhere else I go. Although occasionally you'll find yourself with a faulty e-cig, just like anywhere else, this won't happen often here. Keep your receipts and you can replace them if that happens though. Staff is great and polite.

I am visiting from out of town and went into Up In Smoke shop for some e-juice and coils for my vape rig. I am usually in and out of stores outside of my hometown in less than 2 minutes. I must've spent at least 30 minutes inside of this fantastic store. I felt very welcome and unrushed, and the store is absolutely packed with interesting products I just had to see closer. The staff greeted my warmly the minute I entered the building and although they were out of stock of the e-juice I normally buy, a very friendly and tall young man named Jay-Z (not the rapper) was able to find me a more than comparable replacement juice. Jay-Z was able to make numerous suggestions for my other needs, and showed me many new products. I travel 280 to 300 days a year and I have been to hundreds of vape stores across the country, and finding a store that has a competent staff and a gigantic inventory is extremely rare. I would give Up In Smoke 10 stars if it were possible.

EXPIRED FLAVOR! Bought hookah flavor. Came home and saw the color was off and the smell was off. I still smoked once and it was disgusting. I took it back to them. They said its recent expire. We are allowed to sell recent expire stuff. They offered me a 2-3$ discount on new flavor for this mess up. HORRIBLE. Rude guys!

Great shop, massive amount of wares available. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff with affordable prices. 10/10 would recommend.

Not only were they overpriced, after questioning me on my id because my hair color is different they proceeded to not let me purchase a $30 bowl piece for my bong because i had my moms card and the name was different than on my id.it’s clear as day i’m well f*ckin over 18! My birth year is tattood on me for christ’s sake.

Little more expensive than other places but still good. Cool employees that always help and a pretty good and large selection of vapes, coils, juices, and ecerything else.

This used to be my go-to place for restocking on vape juice, pods, wraps, glass, etc.

I went in last week with my best friend. Unknowingly that she didn’t have her ID on her. I went to purchase my stuff, her just standing by my side, they refuse to sell to me just because she had walked in with me and the cameras have seen it. Even though I had my ID and I go in there multiple times a month and spend my money in their shop and the staff knows me.
I’ll take my money elsewhere to another smoke shop from now on.
Good luck staying in business. Looks like y’all have a ton of 1 star reviews already. Maybe that’s something you should change.

Got screwed on buying vape juice here several times. All of the bottles I’ve bought are either old or already opened. The lady that works/owns the place acts like she’s always annoyed with her customers. In my opinion if you want return business you should treat your customers with respect and not act like they’re an inconvenience.

Said they are opened at 10 waited 30 min and still not open really need to get there stuff together. Had delivery guys waiting to drop off product and others waiting.

Not enough people working there, did not know anything from anything. I think I knew more about the products then him. Rather go somewhere where they actually know their stuff. He sold me an expensive vape which the glass broke and then he tells me the glass is not replaceable, wow what a waste of money.

Fully stocked with tons of options. Tobacco, CBD, Kratom, and a lot of other stuff. Friendly staff and very clean.

I have been coming to the store for a couple of years now. I stopped in usually every 7 to 10 days to pick up tobacco into for my rolling machine. I have found the staff to be pleasant and even fun to interact with. The prices are reasonable even compared to Amazon at least for my tobacco and tubes. I highly recommend this place if you are a roll your own kind of person.

I was going here for a little while to buy cigars. They cost a bit more but it's close to home. Not any more. I will drive the extra 15 mins to Corona Cigar Bar. I bought some Cohiba cigars that were dry and stale. I called them and they said they can't do anything about it and to leave in my humidor for awhile. That will get the moisture up but they flavor will not return. They need to get there humidor working correctly if they are going to sell cigars.

Nice selection but the staff is just rude and acts like answering questions is a major inconvenience.like, how am I supposed to know what flavor "Fat Boy" is? My bad, I'll go elsewhere from now on.

Some of the staff clearly hate their job but the rest are freaking awesome. Great selection and great prices.

It's a "smoke" shop and not a vape store, so I guess they deal with some not so honest people because the moment you walk in, expect to be treated like you're about to steal. They seemed annoyed when asked a questions Vape products and they whisper to each other right in front of you. Not a friendly experience and 90% of the product is for "tobacco" smoking. If you're looking for Vape products, I would go elsewhere. If your looking for blunts, bongs or a crack pipe, this spot is for you! I personally wouldn't go back if you paid me.

Younger guy that was working was a big help. Had a few questions that were a little progressed and he answered them perfectly or pointed me to the right direction. I needed just a little something special and he not only recommended a perfect Vaporizer, but also had them on stock. Also this place is called "Up in Smoke". That name alone is why I checked this store out and it was perfect! (Cheech and Chong for the Millennial's that don't know the reference: P)
