6 calls to try to speak with an agent, it s crazy, you do not resolve my problem, why it s so complicated to talk with someone not a machine!

The customer center is closed, if you have package to ship take it to the UPS store

Two big points: I'll change this to 5 stars if my package arrives the day and sooner than 9pm than it says, unharmed. Late, unharmed.

If my package gets delayed again then this drops to 1 star. I'm waiting for something that should have arrived last week. It now says Monday at 9pm. I will be waiting outside that day. Or if the tracking shows it delayed again, this disabled guy will drive an hour to deerfield Monday morning to pick it up assuming the place is ever open after reading these haunting reviews.

I desperately need the item for something job-sensitive. Now I only hope I A. Do not lose this job and B. The unit does not get damaged in the heat of their warehouse or their handling. I was outside yesterday, just working on my computer, I knew it wouldn't come due to tracking, but I was still outside waiting. A UPS driver pulled onto my street and stopped in front of my driveway. He went into the back to retrieve a neighbor's package and slammed it as hard as he humanly could against his dash board. I heard glass in the box. Then he turned his truck back on and gunned it to 4 houses down to hurl it across their porch. What. If that happens to my package on Monday, I will lose my job if it breaks because I cannot afford to order another one and I will make sure the driver loses his. If that neighbor wasn't a bigger jerk than I am then I would have given him the footage from my camera when he called up customer service but he wouldn't let me even speak he was so livid that they shattered his mother's urn and her ashes went everywhere.

We have the rudest driver from here, he yelled at us in front of our business and customers. Now he is avoiding to drop off hour packages and is purposely putting that I request for pick up at hub when I have him on camera passing out business and not stopping. No manager will return our call as we escalated this issue through customer service. Driver vehicle number is 149378. Case number 1-169789553538 and still no response.

I called the 1800 number and was told that they will not reattempt the delivery despite promising they would and instructed me to pick up the package in the morning from the facility. I went to the facility and it is closed for the next 4 days and the 1800 number, once again, told me there's nothing they can or are willing to do. My package was time sensitive refrigeratored medicine. Use FedEx or USPS for your deliveries, its not worth the hassle of misinformation from UPS.

Disorganized staff. Spent 1.5 hours waiting for driver that never showed. Then came next day just to find that I was 1 minute late and they couldn't service me anymore. Useless.

Driver refuses to deliver letter with no signature required. American Express, my partner and myself called UPS 4 times before the second attempt to deliver and warn the driver to leave the letter. Driver still refuses to deliver my letter for the 3rd day. I’m going to yell at your driver and make sure he is not allowed in my office again. This is my 8th attempt to report him. No one calls back and letter still being help hostage by your incompetent driver.

NEVER, NEVER USE UPS, THEY ARE THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER. THEY CLOSE THE DOOR AND LOOK AT YOU WITH OUT GIVING YOU ANY ANSWER. OVER NIGHT PACKAGE, NEVER ARRIVED. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE PACKAGE TO DAY AFTER AND NO ANSWER.

Package tracking states out for delivery and also loaded onto vehicle, but the vehicle will not be leaving until their scheduled date! My package gets to sit on a truck for 2 extra days instead of allowing me to pick up, or delivering it today, like their AI chat customer service indicated to me. Called customer service and was connected to outsourced representatives, the best they could do is take my number and tell me I would receive a call back. Terrible customer service!

Mixed up my package and attempted to deliver to my home even though it was requested to be delivered to a UPS Access Point 3 days prior. Delivery was ultimately delayed 3 days. Terrible implementation of a service to make it easier for customers

I had to go here to pick up a package and was dreading it based on some of these reviews, however the staff that was there was exceptional. They were both very polite and also speedy with processing people in and out.

Had a package delivered but wasn’t home to sign I called at 1pm to pick it up at this location. Never got a call back from UPS. Finally was called at 6pm and told the driver couldn’t re-deliver it and wouldn’t be back in until 8pm, they close at 7. Thanks for nothing.

I had merchandise stolen and replaced with paper coasters (I’m assuming to match the weight). I’ve made 3 phone calls attempting to reach this location and file a report and the call center did not care and would not give me this branch’s local number. I’m sure I’m not the first person to be stolen from and as long as that employee is employed there, I’m sure it will happen again. I have already replaced the items and am more concerned about the integrity of your employees. If you’d like pictures of the label, from your location, placed over the retapped seal, feel free to contact me.

! ERGENT REVIEW! Dont get your Merchandise shipped to this location. My first time here and it was my worse experience with any company to ever exist. They lied to me about my package being delivered to the UPS Company, said it was available for pickup 3 times it was comfirmed to be there and when I get there they tell me my package isnt there and the driver wont be back until 9pm after closing. I ubered to the location to pickup my package and lost money because of the false imformation given to me by 3 different people and they said the driver knocked on the door when the driver never put the truck in park. My delivery status still says "delivered" and "available for pickup". They said they were looking for a Company building when the delivery was suppposed to be for a residence. Regardless of the updates, it was still supposed to be redelivered to the UPS the day of reschedule and none of those mistakes were my fault at all. That's why it says the "street name" or "address" was incorrect, because the didn't read my package correctly. So they have tried my patience all day and now I'm here letting the rest of you know the quality of who is handling your merchandise. I am an extremely patient human and will wait for my father to come and get me from home if I still lived in those days, but when you are lied to about your property, it doesn't feel good at all. I advise no one to get there merchandise shipped to or from here because they are a guaranteed liabilty to customers and shouldnt be responsible for customer service because the staff and driver are horrible.
